In order to facilitate drivers to complete the perfect score education and verification education, according to the overall deployment of the Ministry of Public Security's reform work of "simplifying administration and decentralization, strengthening supervision and improving services", from April 1 2020, the Beijing Public Security Traffic Management Department officially opened the learning and education platform for perfect score education and verification education for motor vehicle drivers, and launched new measures for online learning of perfect score education and verification education for motor vehicle drivers.

Online learning by public security traffic control departments is the corresponding policy for drivers who violate traffic regulations. If an individual drives a motor vehicle illegally, the traffic control department will impose a fine and deduct points. Individuals can download the Traffic Management APP, learn traffic regulations and take online exams on the platform. After passing, individual points will be reduced or exempted.
