(3) Marriage leave: Married people can take marriage leave for 7 days, which must be used once within six months from the date of marriage registration, and no supplementary leave will be given after the expiration.
(4) Maternity leave: The maternity leave standards for women who meet the requirements of family planning are as follows:
1. Normal delivery: maternity leave for 90 days; The number of pregnant women of childbearing age can be increased by 15 days;
2. dystocia or multiple births: maternity leave is increased by 15 days, and dystocia requires a doctor's certificate;
3. After the maternity leave, if it is really necessary to take a vacation due to health or other reasons, you must reapply for sick leave or personal leave, otherwise it will be treated as absence;
4. In case of abortion before pregnancy, the maternity leave for less than 4 months of pregnancy is 15 to 30 days, and for more than 4 months of pregnancy, it is 42 days (subject to the certificate issued by the hospital at or above the county level). Unplanned abortion and illegitimate abortion are not included, but you can ask for sick leave with the certificate of the hospital at or above the county level.
5. Male spouses who meet the requirements of family planning can take nursing leave according to the number of days stipulated by the local government.
(5) Funeral leave: If an immediate family member or spouse dies, you can ask for 7 days of funeral leave.
(VI) Public holidays: there is no limit to public holidays approved by the company for training or business trip.
(7) Due to long-term personal leave or sick leave at the exhibition site, you can apply for a long vacation in accordance with the regulations of on-site personnel operation.
