(2) Examination registration

1. Third-year graduates from schools in this area should be registered in graduation schools. Non-local junior high school graduates must publish a separate book in each junior high school, reporting whether they have a "Xiaoshan District Talent Residence Permit", social security purchase and three consecutive years of student status.

2. Previous junior high school graduates with local household registration and new junior high school graduates studying in other places should register directly at Xiaoshan Education Examination Center (No.200, Sports Road, Chengxiang Street) before April 15. Previous students must hold the household registration book (original) and the certificate of compulsory education stage, and junior high school graduates studying in other places must hold the household registration book (or household registration certificate) and the basic information form printed by the school in electronic student status, Zhejiang Province (students studying in other provinces must provide the information form printed by the school in electronic student status), and the printed information form must be stamped with the official seal of the school.

3. At the time of registration, candidates must correctly fill in the 20 15 basic information registration form for junior high school graduation entrance examination, which will be entered into the computer by the school. All junior high schools should submit the registration data to the Senior High School Education Section of the District Education Bureau in time.
