1. The parties concerned shall go through the formalities of moving out at the police station where the household registration is located, and then go through the formalities of moving out at the police station in the jurisdiction where the household registration is moved in;

2. If the party refers to the education department (collective) to which the household registration belongs, it shall first obtain the collective household registration acceptance certificate, and then go through the corresponding formalities.

1. The information and procedures for account transfer can be handled with reference to the following:

1, basic documents (materials): the original household registration book and identity card of the party concerned, the certificate of consent to move out of the household registration issued by the collective in the place of moving out, and the certificate of consent to receive the household registration issued by the collective in the place of moving in;

2. Other documents and materials: application for household registration transfer (explaining the reasons for the transfer), proof of talent introduction (providing labor contract), etc.

3. Take the above information and documents to the household registration section of the police station where the household registration is moved out, apply for the household registration certificate, and cancel the permanent residence of the original household registration;

4. Bring the migration certificate and the above information to the household registration section of the police station where the household registration is moved;

5. According to the type of household registration, the parties can specifically consult the police station where the household registration is moved in and out, subject to the other party's reply.

Two, "People's Republic of China (PRC) household registration regulations" provisions:

Article 10 If a citizen moves out of the jurisdiction of the household registration authority, he or the head of the household shall declare to the household registration authority for moving out before moving out, obtain a migration certificate and cancel the household registration.

Citizens who move from rural areas to cities must apply to the permanent residence registration authority for moving out with the employment certificate of the urban labor department, the school admission certificate, or the approval certificate of the urban household registration authority.

Citizens moving to border areas must be approved by the public security organs of the counties, cities and municipal districts where they live.

Article 13 When citizens move, they shall report to the household registration authority for registration of household registration, and the city shall submit the certificate of household registration within three days and the countryside within ten days.

Citizens who have no migration documents shall report to the household registration authority where they move in with the following documents:

1. Demobilized, demobilized and veterans shall be certified by the military service organs at the county or city level or the military organs at or above the regiment level.

2. Overseas Chinese and returned students should show their passports or entry certificates of the People's Republic of China.

3. A person released by a people's court, a people's procuratorate or a public security organ shall produce a certificate issued by the releasing organ.
