Jilin University Student Information Consultation and Employment Guidance Center (Education Certification Center of the Ministry of Education) is a public institution directly under the Ministry of Education. The "Center" was established in 199 1 February, and was renamed as "National Employment Guidance Center for College Graduates" with the approval of the Central Organizing Committee in 1998, and was contacted by the College Students Department of the Ministry of Education.

The information consultation of Jilin University Center was officially launched on 200 1. Its main responsibility is to integrate and deeply develop the data and information resources provided by the Ministry of Education in enrollment, educational administration and graduate employment, so as to serve the society and educational decision-making. Since 200 1, the state has implemented the electronic registration system for academic certificates of higher education, and the Ministry of Education entrusts the "center" to be responsible for the technical and transactional review and filing of electronic registration of academic certificates, as well as online inquiry and certification services. The Center is a specialized institution authorized by the Ministry of Education to provide higher education qualification certification services in China. China Higher Education Student Information Network is the only website designated by the Ministry of Education to publish higher education information.
