First, clear objectives and requirements.

Party organizations in non-public enterprises and party member should adhere to the requirements of strengthening party building, promoting development and shaping image, and strive to achieve the following goals:

(1) Party organizations further standardize their own construction. Improve the Party's organization and scientific organizational structure, select and strengthen Party committee secretaries, strictly develop party member's education management, standardize the life of Party organizations, strengthen the guarantee of Party building, and give full play to the political core and political guiding role of Party organizations.

(2) party member's sense of identity has been further enhanced. Enhance party member's consciousness, clarify party member's identity, fulfill the obligations of Party members, and play a vanguard and exemplary role among workers.

(3) Party building and development are further integrated and mutually promoted. At the same time, according to party member's identity, occupation and post, we should solve their outstanding problems by classification. The secretary of the party organization focuses on solving problems such as unfulfilled responsibilities, weak sense of dedication, low professional level and insufficient working ability of the masses. Focusing on the goal of "two strong and eight good" (strong Party building, strong development, good production and operation, good corporate culture, good labor relations, good party organization team, good party member team, good role, good activity place and good social evaluation), we will deepen the theme activities of "three hearts and one promotion" and "three classifications and three promotion", and strive to promote the upgrading of party organizations and cultivate a number of service-oriented demonstration party organizations.
