All employees entering our mine must undergo strict safety technical training in accordance with the "Coal Mine Safety Regulations" and pass the examination. Employees without training and assessment are not allowed to work at their posts. If an employee without training and education causes an accident, the person in charge of the distribution department shall be investigated for responsibility.

Second, the mine safety supervision station should be fully responsible for safety training. Mine safety supervision stations must formulate training plans in time, define training contents, establish training files and report to the competent mine manager regularly.

(3) Operating procedures of this type of work, operation and troubleshooting methods of related equipment and instruments;

(4) Basic knowledge of coal mine safety, accident omen and basic knowledge of self-help, mutual rescue and trauma first aid.

Four, new employees must go through the "three-level" training and education to work independently. The first-level training and education for employees engaged in underground operations shall be organized by the safety supervision department, and the study time shall not be less than 72 hours. The second-level training and education shall be undertaken by the employer (workshop or department) for 3 days. The main contents of the training are workshop (department) safety management system, labor discipline management, signing safety production responsibility letter and mentoring contract, which lasts for 4 months. The third-level training and education is the responsibility of the team. The main contents of the training are team safety management system, labor discipline and mentoring.
