How to write the professional values of college students' career development education?
1. Annual score characteristics of different occupational values.

From the annual changes of the scores of professional values (as shown in Table 2), it can be seen that from 2005 to 2008, "business orientation", "economic orientation" and "family orientation" (hereinafter replaced by "business", "economy" and "family" respectively, the others are the same) showed "S-shaped" changes; "Volunteer" and "self-realization" show an "S-shaped" change of rising first, then falling and then rising; "Dominance" and "self-esteem" show "C-shaped" changes; "Talent" and "freedom" are on the rise steadily.

Judging from the score level of each orientation of "professional values", the annual change of the score of each orientation fluctuates within the range of 1. The top four items with the highest scores in each year are "self-realization", "management", "volunteer" and "family", among which "volunteer" and "family" have a linear negative correlation in the annual change, which affects their score ranking; The lowest scores are all "freedom".

2. Freedom and talent are on the rise steadily.

The score of "freedom" is the lowest in every year, which is related to the school's training policy. Freedom-oriented people are "not responsible enough, not enough to abide by systems and norms, and their work is unplanned and random". As a normal college, our college focuses on cultivating talents who serve vocational education. Most of them are normal students, and the students are relatively pragmatic and attach importance to group norms, which is one of the reasons why the contestants scored low in "free orientation" over the years.

However, it should also be noted that "talent" and "freedom" do not fluctuate year by year like other orientations, but show a steady upward trend, as shown in figure 1. Talents are "active in thinking and knowledgeable" and liberals are "good at accepting and learning new things". The development of science provides an increasingly convenient platform for human communication in the world. Social development promotes social division of labor and human progress, and also affects the choice of college students' professional values. Although it has only risen steadily in just four years, it reflects an irreversible trend, which can be seen from a longer historical period. For example, college students in the 1980s and 1990s were more active, more open-minded and more willing to try and accept new things than those in the 1960s and 1970s. With the development of the 20th century, people have turned from conservative and stable to open and diversified.

3. Business, economy and family fluctuate in the same direction.

In the survey, we saw a phenomenon: the annual change of "family" is positively correlated with "management" and "economy". As shown in Figure 2, family-type people are easily influenced by emotions and families, and have a conservative attitude towards life and dare not take risks, which is just the opposite of career-type people who are "highly motivated and independent" and economical people who are "highly profitable and meticulous". This phenomenon can be explained by the contestants' choice of career goals: although there are many people who plan to start a business every year, 1000% of those who plan to start a business choose to work first and then start a business, which is the result of the interaction of the contestants' dual professional values of "adventure and independence" in management and "conservatism and stability" in economic orientation.

4. The scores of different career values are related to the target career choice.

In the relationship between "professional values" and "target career choice", there are the following performances:

(1) Among all the students who started their businesses after the planned work, 80% got high marks on "entrepreneurial orientation", and 100% got high marks on "self-realization orientation" ("getting high marks" means being in the top three in all dimensions of professional values, which is also the main basis for evaluators' professional values in the professional evaluation of Feitu. com。

Business people "don't want to be directed by others, only rely on their own strength to display their talents, and are willing to run an environment where they can fully display their talents"; Self-realization-oriented people "have a strong sense of development and promotion, and try their best to display their skills." This is consistent with the professional characteristics and work nature of entrepreneurs. Independent entrepreneurs rely on their own or group strength to complete their work, have decision-making power in the group, have a larger scope of work than migrant workers, and integrate all aspects and the whole process of one or more tasks; Compared with migrant workers, work is more difficult and challenging, and it is also a good platform to display personal ambitions, with great room for development and promotion.

(2) Of all the students who plan to continue their studies or work after graduation, 65,438+0,000% get high marks on "self-realization orientation" and 57.65,438+0.4% get high marks on "self-esteem orientation". Self-realization orientation "has a strong sense of development and promotion"; Self-respecting people "have a strong sense of superiority and long for social status and reputation", as shown in Figure 3. With the development of mankind, a high degree of education is no longer just a stepping stone to work in a good company, but also a symbol of self-cultivation, professional knowledge and social status improvement, which is also the reason why contestants get high marks in "self-realization" and "self-esteem".

(3) From the perspective of the target career orientation, among all the students who intend to engage in teaching, 75% get high marks on "family orientation" and 58.33% get high marks on "voluntary orientation". Of all the students who intend to engage in art design, 50% get high marks in "talent orientation". Compared with other professions, teachers are more stable and their salaries are guaranteed. They require practitioners to be teachers, have a strong sense of responsibility and love, and take teaching and educating people as their own responsibility. Family-oriented people "want to live a very dull but stable life, with high stability and loyalty, and work diligently and practically"; Volunteers are "compassionate and regard silently helping the unfortunate people as extremely happy"; Art design requires practitioners to have a certain sense of art and aesthetic ability, creativity and expression ability, and be good at completing the work independently or in teamwork. Talent-oriented people "have special talents, active thinking and creativity". These are completely consistent with the development platform and required quality given by related occupations. It can be seen that students' career value orientation has a decisive influence on their choice of target career. It is a reflection of personal values in career choice, which represents a person's "which aspects are more important in career choice", and the related career value orientation will play an important role in the achievements of practitioners in this profession. The two are mutually causal and promote each other.
