Dating back to 2 160 years ago, Wen Weng founded Daxing Education, the first public school run by local government in the history of China. This has greatly opened the atmosphere in Sichuan, with the grand occasion of "Apprentice, learning from Sichuan is better than learning from Qilu", making Chengdu one of the advanced scientific and cultural areas in China.
Wen Weng (formerly 156- formerly 10 1) is a famous party, and his hometown is Wenjiachong, Fengxiangshu Township, Shucheng County. As a boy, he is eager to learn, and he knows the spring and autumn. Emperor Jing of the Western Han Dynasty was the guardian of Shu County when he was a child, and he was considerate and enlightened. He chose Zhang Shu and others 18 as county officials and sent them to Beijing to study. He also built the Gong Xue and put it in Chengdu to recruit children from this county, thinking that they were children from Gong Xue.
Students who enter the school can be exempted from public office, and those with excellent grades can be promoted to county officials. These measures promoted the development of Shu culture. Therefore, "Shu literature is better than Qilu". During the reign of Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty, schools were established in all counties and countries in the world, and they were built in Wen Weng. According to the Records of Huayang Country, Wen Weng kept punctuality for Shu, crossed the mouth of Chongqing River and irrigated 7,000 hectares of fields, which made the agricultural production of Shu develop rapidly, and the situation of "the world is peaceful and the people are well-off" appeared.
Wen Weng finally came to Shu, and the local people built a shrine to commemorate him. China, a civil servant in the Western Han Dynasty, was first founded by the local government in Shishi, Wen Weng, and has been a famous university in Chengdu. He was the first person to establish a national school in the history of China, which was called "official school" at that time.
The meaning of public schools:
Public schools are funded by the government. Generally speaking, the number and scale of public schools far exceed those of private schools, and the study expenses are relatively low and the teaching facilities are relatively perfect. Moreover, public schools in some countries provide tuition-free education, such as Germany, Sweden, Italy, France and other countries.
However, the entry threshold of public universities is high and the application competition is fierce. Only those applicants with excellent academic performance can get low-cost and high-quality education opportunities.
