1. What are the conditions for running an educational institution?

1. Organizers (legal persons) and managers should have political rights and full capacity for civil conduct, and have no criminal record;

2. There should be full-time and part-time teachers suitable for the scale and level of running a school, with a total of not less than 6 teachers, including not less than 2 full-time teachers;

3, to have a stable, centralized, meet the safety standards and the requirements of the surrounding environment;

Second, the application process of educational institutions:

1, submit the report to the education administrative department for preparation;

2. Audit by the examination and approval authority;

3. Report on application for formal establishment;

Legal basis: Article 6 of the Company Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) applies to the company registration authority for registration of establishment. Those that meet the conditions for establishment as stipulated in this Law shall be registered as limited liability companies or joint stock limited companies respectively by the company registration authority; Those who do not meet the conditions for establishment as stipulated in this Law shall not be registered as a limited liability company or a joint stock limited company. Where laws and administrative regulations stipulate that the establishment of a company must be approved, the approval procedures shall be handled according to law before the company is registered.
