Responsibilities of the Education Bureau

Responsible for promoting the balanced development of compulsory education and promoting educational equity, and responsible for the macro guidance and coordination of compulsory education; Guide ordinary senior high school education, preschool education and special education, and fully implement quality education; Supervise and inspect the implementation of school-running standards, basic teaching requirements and basic teaching documents of all types of primary and secondary schools in the county; Organize the examination and approval of local curriculum textbooks for primary and secondary schools. Responsible for organizing the selection of textbooks for primary and secondary schools. Guide the county's education supervision work; Responsible for organizing and guiding the supervision, inspection, evaluation and acceptance of secondary and below secondary education and eliminating illiteracy among young people; Organize and guide the monitoring of the development level and quality of basic education; To undertake the daily management of educational supervision.
