The Notice of the Provincial Public Security Department on Deepening the Practical Activities of "I Do Practical Things for the Masses" in Hebei Province and Launching 12 Measures for Facilitating Public Security Traffic Management requires that the measures for banning road trucks in the main city be adjusted. The adjusted measures are hereby notified as follows:
1. Large trucks, tricycles, low-speed trucks and tractors are forbidden to pass all day in the following areas: the intersection of Wu Jian Street and Xu Sheng Road-Wu Jian Street-the intersection of Wu Jian Street and Xihuan Road-the intersection of Xihuan Road-Xihuan Road and Boyong Street-Boyong Street-the intersection of Boyong Street and Xu Sheng Road. The above enclosed area is a green traffic demonstration area.
2. The following roads are closed to trucks, tricycles, low-speed trucks and tractors all day: the intersection of Wuji East Street and Xu Sheng Road-the intersection of Wuji East Street and Yubin Highway-the intersection of Wuji Street and Jingfu Line.
3. In the following areas, except all roads in the green traffic demonstration area, trucks are allowed to pass at 9:00- 12:00 and 14:30- 17:30 every day, and trucks, tricycles, low-speed trucks and tractors are forbidden to pass at other times: East Ring Road-South Ring Road-
4. On the restricted roads, diesel trucks with grade IV and below are prohibited from passing. If it is really necessary for other trucks to pass, it shall ensure that the safety and technical performance, vehicle capacity and condition comply with the provisions of laws and regulations, ensure that the emission of air pollutants from vehicles reaches the standards prescribed by the environmental protection department, apply for and obtain a pass permit according to law, and pass according to the prescribed time and route.
