In the past four years, a total of 23.65 million yuan has been invested to optimize the conditions for running schools. We have renovated and redecorated the interior and exterior walls of the teaching building, transformed the school gates and walls, updated teaching equipment, comprehensively transformed the campus network and multimedia teaching platform, added an electronic reading room, transformed the student dormitory, installed air conditioners and solar water heaters, transformed the student canteen, comprehensively transformed the school track and field, and adjusted and transformed the school's cultural and sports facilities and some sports venues.

An elite and powerful team of teachers is an important guarantee for the success of school education. In the past four years, our school has deepened the reform of personnel system, implemented the project of "prestigious schools, famous teachers and famous subjects", earnestly strengthened the scientific management of teachers, and vigorously advocated "research schools". Most teachers have rapidly grown into expert and scholar teachers. At present, most teachers in our school can undertake scientific research projects independently, including 6 national scientific research projects, 2 provincial scientific research projects, 9 municipal scientific research projects and 17 district-level scientific research projects. Teachers with high academic qualifications, high professional titles, strong ability and strong professional skills account for more than 80% of the total number of school teachers. According to the statistics of Guangdong College Entrance Examination Annual Report, there are 18 middle schools in Guangzhou Development Zone before entering the whole province 100, ranking among the best in Guangzhou.
