In the past four years, our school has deepened the reform of personnel system, implemented the project of "prestigious schools, famous teachers and famous subjects", earnestly strengthened the scientific management of teachers, and vigorously advocated "research schools". Most teachers have rapidly grown into expert and scholar teachers.
