Distance Education College of Zhengzhou University was established in June, 20001year, which initially has the functions of teaching management, technical management and service. In February, 2002, with the approval of the Ministry of Education, Zhengzhou University became one of the 68 pilot universities in China and the only pilot school in Henan Province.
