First, highlight key points and strengthen grassroots infrastructure construction.

1, strengthen the standardization of judicial offices. In accordance with the planning requirements of the Provincial Department of Justice, combined with the actual situation of our county, we will earnestly strengthen the staffing, infrastructure and internal management, and strive to improve the quality of the team, office conditions and work quality. Last year, four civil servants were recruited to enrich the grassroots judicial office. At present, our county has 16 directly affiliated agencies, 3 streets and central towns are equipped with more than 2 judicial administrative personnel, and other towns have at least 1 judicial administrative personnel. At the same time, township (street) judicial offices are equipped with office equipment such as computers, printers and cameras. Strengthen the assessment of grassroots judicial offices, refine and quantify all work at the beginning of the year, formulate relatively perfect assessment rules, and strengthen supervision at ordinary times. At the end of the year, on the basis of self-evaluation, the relevant departments will score one by one, link the evaluation results with the year-end bonus, and inform the township where they are located.

2. Solidly promote the standardization of the Committee. Taking the change of village-level organizations as an opportunity, we will improve the mediation organization network, organize and guide towns (streets) to carry out standardized construction of mediation committees, improve and perfect the mediation committees in 4 15 administrative villages, 12 communities, 130 enterprises and 2 markets in the county, and strengthen the organizational foundation of grassroots people's mediation.

3, do a good job in the investigation and mediation of contradictions and disputes and unstable factors. 2, steadily promote community correction work. First, in-depth research, make good preparations for the start, and summarize the "summary of judicial work for half a year." Our bureau has organized team members, business department personnel, township (street) leaders and judicial directors to visit Qixian Town, the county seat. At the same time, investigate the community correction objects in the county, and verify, clean up and register the correction objects. In mid-May, the directors of all judicial offices in the county were organized to carry out community correction business knowledge training, and in June 5438+February, community correction and people's mediation business training were conducted. The second is to strengthen leadership and establish a sound organizational network. County leaders and county editors attach great importance to community correction. At the beginning of August, the county community correction work committee convened member units to conduct serious research, and determined Yulin Street and Ruao as pilot towns for community correction, and carried out the pilot work of community correction one step ahead. During the pilot period, the bureau led the staff of business departments to go to the pilot units for on-site guidance many times to help ensure that the pilot work was carried out legally, steadily and effectively. On the basis of the success of the pilot, the mobilization meeting of community correction work in the county was immediately held to deploy and promote this work in the county. In order to implement the spirit of the meeting, three leaders of our bureau led the team to guide and supervise, and other towns (streets) held mobilization meetings and handover ceremonies successively. Combined with the creation of a "democratic village ruled by law", legal literature and art, legal pictures, legal CDs and other carriers will be sent to the countryside, so that farmers can consciously accept legal publicity and education in a subtle way.

2, strengthen the leading cadres to learn the usage of law, and further improve the ability to govern according to law. The Bureau, the Organization Department of the County Party Committee, the Propaganda Department and the County Office of Rule of Law jointly issued the Implementation Opinions on Strengthening the Usage of Leading Cadres to Further Improve the Ability of Governing by Law, which made specific arrangements for the work of leading cadres in the county. By adhering to and improving the specific systems such as the group learning method system, the legal lecture system and the legal training system for leading cadres in the theoretical learning center of party committees (party groups), we will further improve the leading cadres' ability to govern according to law, and achieve governance, decision-making, administration and management according to law. The county legislative affairs office, the county judicial bureau and the organization department of the county party Committee jointly organized civil servants to take the labor contract law and property law study exams, with a reference rate of 99%.
