3. Educators have superb professional quality, are diligent in learning, study hard in education and have the courage to practice. They grow up in educational practice, being "fucked" and being "taught". People who can't think and innovate independently, form their own educational ideas and put forward their own educational ideas can hardly become educators, so they can't be called educators.
