How to quit the job of editing teacher
The process of editing teachers' resignation is as follows:

1. If an in-service teacher resigns, he/she shall submit a written resignation report to his/her school 30 days in advance, which shall be signed by the person in charge of the school (usually the principal) and then sent to the Personnel Section of the District Education Bureau for approval;

2. The Personnel Section of the Education Bureau will submit the list of resignees to the office meeting of the Director of Education Bureau for discussion;

3. If the director's office meeting discusses and agrees to resign, he shall go through the formalities of resignation and job transfer to the school, and the person in charge of the school shall issue a resignation letter;

4. Resignated teachers hold the certificate of their school to the Personnel Department of the Education Bureau to issue a certificate of termination of employment contract, and return to the school to find the principal to sign and affix the official seal of the school;

5. The personal files, personnel and salary relations of the teachers who have left their posts are transferred to the district talent exchange center;

6. The resigned teacher shall go through the personnel agency formalities at the district talent exchange center with the certificate of termination of employment contract within 30 days.

Article 36 of People's Republic of China (PRC) Labor Contract Law

The employer and the employee may terminate the labor contract through consultation.

Article 37

The employee may terminate the labor contract by giving a written notice to the employer 30 days in advance. The employee may terminate the labor contract by notifying the employer three days in advance during the probation period.
