The period of community detoxification is three years, and the period of compulsory detoxification is two years. For drug addicts, the public security organs of the people's governments at the county level or at the municipal level with districts can order them to accept community drug rehabilitation, and issue a Decision on Ordering Community Drug Rehabilitation, which will be served on them and their families, and inform them of their current residence or the township (town) people's government and urban street offices. Community drug addicts should report to the township (town) people's government and the city street office within 0/5 days from the date of receiving the decision to order community drug rehabilitation. Failing to report within the time limit without justifiable reasons shall be regarded as refusing to accept community drug rehabilitation. Community detoxification period is 3 years, counting from the date of registration.

Township (town) people's governments and urban neighborhood offices shall sign community drug rehabilitation agreements with community drug addicts in a timely manner after they report for duty, and clarify the specific measures for community drug rehabilitation, the regulations that community drug addicts should abide by, and the responsibilities that should be borne in violation of the community drug rehabilitation agreements. Township (town) people's governments, urban neighborhood offices and community drug rehabilitation working groups shall take the following measures to manage and help community drug addicts: (1) drug rehabilitation knowledge counseling;

(2) education and advice;

(3) Vocational skill training, vocational guidance, schooling, employment and medical assistance;

(4) Other measures to help drug addicts get rid of drug addiction. Community drug addicts shall comply with the following provisions:

(a) to fulfill the community drug agreement;

(two) according to the requirements of the public security organs, regular testing;

(three) leave the county (city, district) where the community drug rehabilitation is carried out for more than 3 days, and must report in writing.

Community drug addicts who evade or refuse to be tested for more than 3 times during the period of community drug rehabilitation and leave the county (city, district) where community drug rehabilitation is implemented for more than 3 times or accumulated for more than 30 days belong to the "serious violation of community drug rehabilitation agreement" stipulated in the Anti-drug Law of People's Republic of China (PRC).

Thirty-third drug addicts, the public security organs can order them to accept community drug rehabilitation, and at the same time notify the drug addicts' domicile or current residence of the city street offices, township people's governments. The period of community detoxification is three years. Drug addicts should receive community detoxification at their place of residence; If you have a fixed residence in your current place of residence outside your domicile, you can accept community drug rehabilitation in your current place of residence.

Article 47 The term of compulsory isolation for drug rehabilitation is two years. One year after the implementation of compulsory isolation detoxification, after diagnosis and evaluation, for drug addicts with good detoxification effect, compulsory isolation detoxification places can put forward opinions on lifting compulsory isolation detoxification in advance and report them to the decision-making organ for compulsory isolation detoxification for approval. Before the expiration of compulsory isolation detoxification, after diagnosis and evaluation, the compulsory isolation detoxification place shall put forward opinions on extending the detoxification period for drug addicts who need to extend the detoxification period, and report them to the compulsory isolation detoxification decision-making organ for approval. The period of compulsory isolation and detoxification can be extended to one year.

Article 14 Drug rehabilitation medical institutions may, according to the needs of drug rehabilitation treatment, check the bodies and articles carried by voluntary drug rehabilitation personnel to prevent drugs and other contraband from entering the drug rehabilitation medical institutions. Drugs, drug paraphernalia and other contraband found in the inspection shall be handed over to the public security organs for handling.
