I. Recruitment Plan, Position and Conditions

Three. Qualifications of candidates

(a) the scope of recruitment and the qualifications of candidates

The recruitment of Class A jobs is limited to college graduates, and Class B jobs are open to the public.

(2) Basic conditions:

3. Have good conduct and professional ethics;

4. Have the professional or technical conditions required for the post;

5. Have the physical conditions to adapt to the post.

(3) An applicant may not apply for registration under any of the following circumstances:

1. Persons who have received criminal punishment for crimes or who have been expelled from public office or party membership;

2. Persons who have not been disciplined by Party discipline or government discipline or who are undergoing disciplinary review;

3. Persons suspected of violating the law and committing crimes who are under judicial investigation and have not yet reached a conclusion;

4. Persons who have been recorded in the integrity files of open recruitment candidates of public institutions due to violation of the Provisions on Handling Violations of Discipline in Open Recruitment of Public Institutions, and whose recording period has not expired;

5. According to laws and policies, personnel who belong to the staff of public institutions shall not be employed in other circumstances.

Four. Recruitment procedure

(1) Registration:

1. Registration time: July 22, 2020 to July 24, 2020 17: 00, a total of 3 days, overdue.

3. Registration materials: The following materials should be uploaded when registering:

(1) My valid ID card; (2) Graduation certificate (graduates who have not yet received the graduation certificate in 2020 shall provide a recommendation form for graduates' employment, and the recommendation opinions of institutions shall be provided and stamped); 3 teacher qualification certificate; (4) Recent bareheaded photos on the front of the electronic certificate (in JPG or JPEG format, with files larger than 30K and pixels larger than 300*2 15).

4. Applicants should carefully read the recruitment announcement and apply in good faith. The information submitted shall be true, accurate, effective and complete.

5. According to the spirit of Hunan People's Social Development [2020] No.21issued by the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Social Welfare Department, all college graduates who have obtained academic degree certificates before 3 1 February, 2020 shall register with the original employment recommendation form stamped by the employment department of the graduate school and other relevant materials required for the post. Personnel who have obtained employment qualifications through recruitment can go through relevant employment procedures before obtaining academic degree certificates. However, those who have not obtained the academic degree certificate required by the post before June 5438+February 3 1 2020 will not go through the employment procedures.

6. If there is a teacher qualification certificate, the subject and specialty of the teacher qualification certificate should be consistent with the professional title. According to the spirit of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Fa [2020] No.24 document, college graduates do not need to provide teacher qualification certificates when registering this time, but those who pass the recruitment must obtain teacher qualification certificates consistent with the positions they apply for before August 3 1, otherwise the employment contract will be terminated.

7. Online Qualification Examination: July 22, 2020 to July 24, 2020 17: 00. The preliminary examination of online qualification is the responsibility of Miluo Municipal Education and Sports Bureau. After the online registration is completed or approved, the applicants may not modify the registration information and apply for the position. Qualification examination runs through the whole recruitment process. Applicants who provide false information or do not meet the registration conditions will be disqualified from reference and admission once verified.

8. Candidates who have passed the online qualification examination can print the admission ticket online by themselves. The printing time of the admission ticket is from July 27th to July 28th.

9. Candidates' dishonest behavior of deliberately wasting examination resources, although it does not constitute a violation of discipline and discipline, will be recorded in the candidates' integrity files if they give up after entering the physical examination, inspection after trial teaching and publicity, and will not be allowed to participate in the open recruitment of institutions in our city within 3 years.

(2) Examination

The examination is conducted in a combination of written examination and interview. Candidates who take part in the written test and interview enter the examination room with their ID cards and admission tickets (both are indispensable).

1, examination proportion:

Only when the ratio of the number of people enrolled in the recruitment plan to the number of people enrolled in the written test reaches 1:3 can the examination be started. If the proportion of the examination is not reached, the number of people in the recruitment plan for this position will be cancelled or reduced. The number of cancelled or reduced post plans will be transferred to primary school Chinese and mathematics posts in class B jobs, and the plan transfer plan will be announced to the public in time after approval.

2. Written test:

(1) written test time: 9: 00 am-11:00 on July 29th. See the admission ticket for the written test location and examination room arrangement.

(2) Written form and content. The written test adopts a percentage system and adopts a closed-book method. According to the requirements of "what to do and what to test", the written test content is public knowledge (10%) and professional knowledge (90%), and the written test results will be announced within 7 working days after the written test.

(3) Establish a minimum qualified score line for written test: the minimum qualified score line for written test is only applicable to positions where the actual reference number of written test does not form competition. The minimum qualified score of written test is calculated according to 85% of the average score of the actual participants in each teaching department. Those whose written test scores do not reach the minimum qualified score line are not allowed to enter the qualification review.

(4) The written test results are published on Miluo Human Resources and Social Security Public Service Network /rsj/. After the written test results are publicized, candidates can apply for review within two days, and will not be accepted after the expiration.

3. Qualification examination

Determination of the object of qualification examination. According to the ratio of music and physical education teachers 1:3 and other teachers 1:2, the re-examination qualification is determined according to the candidates' written test scores from high to low (those with the same final scores are re-examination qualifications).

The review time and place will be released together with the interview announcement.

Materials required for audit: ① Two-inch bareheaded recent photo (1); ② Valid resident ID card; (3) Certificate of academic qualifications and online verification report of academic qualifications of the Ministry of Education (graduates of the class of 2020 are required to provide employment recommendation forms and online verification reports of student status, with recommendations and seals from institutions); 4 degree certificate; ⑤ Teacher qualification certificate, 5 originals and corresponding copies 1 copy.

Step 4 interview

The interviewer is a qualified person who has passed the qualification examination.

The interview announcement and interview results were posted on Miluo Human Resources and Social Security Public Service Network /rsj/.

(1) According to the planned number of recruitment positions, music and physical education teachers are determined to enter the interviewer list according to the ratio of high score to low score 1:3, and other teachers are determined to enter the interviewer list according to the ratio of high score to low score 1:2. Those with the same score will enter together.

(2) The interview method is trial teaching. See the interview announcement for details.

(3) The interview adopts a 100-point system, in which music and sports candidates need to add special skills (accounting for 30% of the total interview results).

(4) Set the minimum qualified score for the interview. The minimum qualified score line for interview is only applicable to positions where the actual reference number of interviews does not form competition. The minimum qualified score of the interview is calculated according to the average score of 80% of the interviewers who participate in the same group of judges. Those who fail to reach the minimum qualified score line are not allowed to enter the next link.

5. Calculation of total test scores

The formula for calculating the total score of physical education and music teachers' on-the-job exams is: the total score of exams = written test score ×40%+ interview score ×60%, and the formula for calculating the total score of other teachers' on-the-job exams is: the total score of exams = written test score ×60%+ interview score ×40%.

Those with the same total score in the examination shall be dealt with according to the following methods: those with the same comprehensive score shall be given priority in interviewing music and physical education teachers and giving priority in written examination to other teachers; If the written test and interview results are the same, those with higher education level will be given priority; If the education level is the same again, it will be decided by the recruitment leading group according to the investigation results.

(3) Physical examination

1. According to the number of people planned for the recruitment position, the medical examiners are determined according to the total test scores from high to low.

2. The physical examination was organized by the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Miluo City under the supervision of the Miluo Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection and was conducted in a general hospital at or above the county level. The physical examination standard shall be implemented with reference to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants.

3. The medical examination expenses shall be borne by the candidates themselves, and the time and place of medical examination shall be published on Miluo Human Resources and Social Security Public Service Network /rsj/. Physical examination results are divided into qualified and unqualified. If there is any doubt about the physical examination results, the retest results shall prevail, and each candidate will only be retested once.

(4) Evaluation

The assessment work is organized and implemented by the open recruitment working group of public institutions, and the assessment object is qualified personnel. The focus of the assessment is the applicant's ideological and political performance, law-abiding, moral quality, professional ability, work performance, qualifications and other aspects.

Vacancies caused by unqualified physical examination or examination, voluntary abandonment, disqualification due to violation of discipline, etc. , according to the total score of the same post examination and the results of physical examination and inspection, the number of replenishment is equal in turn, and the maximum number of replenishment is no more than 2 times. The total score of the substitute must reach 85% or more of the comprehensive average score of all candidates in this position.

(5) Employment

1. Those who pass the examination are determined to be candidates, and the list will be published on Miluo Human Resources and Social Security Public Service Network /rsj/ for 7 days.

2. After publicity without objection, the candidates in the same position will choose their own positions according to the order of the total test scores from high to low. The selection process is open. The time and place will be announced separately.
