In order to minimize the impact of the epidemic on education and teaching in vocational colleges, Tai 'an Vocational Education Cloud Platform will open a "big classroom in the air" and make full use of information technology to ensure the orderly development of education and teaching activities during the epidemic prevention and control period. In view of the actual situation of epidemic prevention and control work, the Municipal Vocational Education Teaching and Research Office played the role of "Internet+Education", made overall use of the vocational education cloud platform, integrated and mobilized appropriate vocational education teaching resources, and began to implement online teaching, resource on demand, online counseling, discussion and answering questions through the Internet, so as to reduce the impact of the epidemic on teaching activities and realize "suspension of classes and continuous teaching".
In order to facilitate teachers' further study, use the network platform and carry out online teaching activities, the specific measures are divided into three items:
First, the construction of vocational education teaching resources organized by our city in the early stage has been simplified and shared according to the classification of majors and courses. The main sharing contents include excellent courses, high-quality resource sharing courses, micro-courses in the micro-course alliance and so on;
Second, the teaching resources related to the textbooks currently used provided by the publishing house free of charge;
The third is to push teaching resources related to the progress of the course to students through live broadcasts by famous teachers and online lectures. At the same time, combined with the existing resources, the teaching and research section has developed diversified online teaching solutions.
On February 2nd, the Notice of Taian Vocational Education Cloud Platform Application on Online Teaching Service of "Big Classroom in the Air" was released, which clearly pointed out the teaching tools, resource content and teaching management of "Big Classroom in the Air". Up to now, the resource pool platform has been opened to vocational schools in the city.
At present, according to the requirements, all schools have made good implementation plans, teaching plans and curriculum settings for the opening of Taian Vocational Education Cloud Platform and "Big Classroom in the Air", and are ready to postpone the start of school.
