Duan (stage name-Liu Le, from Penglai Mountain, Zhaihao) is a charity artist, a national ceremony painter, a national first-class artist and a national first-class calligrapher. /Kloc-0 was born in Penglai, Shandong Province in 1964. He graduated from the Central Academy of Fine Arts and studied under Ouyang Zhongshi, Fan Ceng, Ouyang Zhongshi and Fan Ceng. He is currently a member of China Artists Association, China Calligraphers Association, Art Committee of China Calligraphy and Painting Research Institute, China International Calligraphy and Painting Art Association, researcher of Literature Research Center of China International Calligraphy and Painting Research Institute, and director of People's Art Collection Council. Director of China National Calligraphers Association, member of China Calligraphy Teaching Research Association, member of China Collection Association's Cultural and Art Exchange Professional Committee, member of China-Korea Cultural and Art Expert Committee, member of China Basic Art Education Academic Committee, member of China Off-campus Education Society, art consultant of CCTV Painting and Calligraphy Institute, vice president of China Painting and Calligraphy Institute, painter of Sichuan China Painting Institute, and special painter of Beijing tang style Art Museum. He is currently a professor at the Central Academy of Fine Arts and the chief professor at Qilu Art Institute.
