Formerly known as Huanhai College, it was later renamed Chinese and Western College and later renamed Public Servant College. 1992 changed its name to Lin Senhuo Primary School in Yuhuan County.

However, with the continuous development of Yuhuan City, the educational resources of Chinese and western schools began to be insufficient. Therefore, the school was renamed as a public servant school again, which means fairness and tolerance. I hope that education can be accepted by more people.
