Huang, male, born in 1965, from Pujiang, Zhejiang Province, is a doctor of economics at Fudan University and a visiting scholar at Harvard University. Now he is the vice president, professor and doctoral supervisor of Zhejiang University.
Distinguished professor, Changjiang Scholar Award Program of the Ministry of Education, leading talents in philosophy and social sciences of the National Ten Thousand Talents Program, young and middle-aged experts with outstanding national contributions, experts with special government allowance of the State Council, and national candidates of the "Hundred Million Talents Project" and "Outstanding Talents Support Program in the New Century" of the Ministry of Education.
At present, he is a member of the National Steering Committee for Postgraduate Education of Professional Degree in International Business, vice-president of China World Economic Association, vice-president of China Economic Association, and member of the Advisory Committee of Zhejiang Provincial People's Government.
