According to the Decision of the State Language Committee, the State Education Commission, the Ministry of Radio, Film and Television (Guoyu [1994] No.43), the Management Regulations of the Putonghua Proficiency Test (Order No.51of the Ministry of Education) and the Shandong Provincial Department of Education? Shandong Language and Literature Working Committee issued the Notice of Shandong Province on the Implementation Opinions on the Management Regulations of Putonghua Proficiency Test (Lu Jiao Yu Zi [2021] No.3) and other documents and the work arrangements of our city. The relevant matters of Qingdao Putonghua proficiency test in the second half of 2022 are hereby notified as follows:
First, the scope of testing personnel
Candidates who sign up for the Putonghua proficiency test in the second half of 2022 in our city should be at least 18 years old and meet one of the following three conditions:
(1) Persons with Qingdao household registration;
(two) staff in Qingdao (with at least one month's social security payment certificate);
(3) Persons living in Qingdao (with residence certificate within the validity period of Qingdao).
Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan personnel and foreigners need to study, work and live in our city for more than 3 months. The above-mentioned personnel do not include college students, and candidates who register in other test sites within 3 months are not allowed to register again.
Second, test the registration process.
Examination registration adopts online registration and online payment. The specific schedule and requirements are as follows:
(1) Online Registration
From 9: 00 on September 5th, 2022 to 8: 00 on September 8th, 2022 16:00, log on to the entrance examination section of Qingdao Education Bureau website (/zsksy/) and enter the "convenient service system-Qingdao Putonghua proficiency test service platform" for online registration. After the registration deadline, the registration system will be automatically closed, and candidates' applications and registration information will no longer be accepted.
Candidates should fill in their personal information truthfully and carefully according to the tips of the registration system, and upload their personal photos and certificates in strict accordance with the requirements (photos will be used for admission tickets and Putonghua level certificates). Photo requirements: my bareheaded photo in the last 6 months is invalid if I use my life photo; Photos should clearly show the head and shoulders of candidates, and hats, headscarves, hair bands or sunglasses are not allowed. Black and white or color, white background is preferred; The photo is in JPG/JPEG format, with a resolution of 390×567 pixels (width * height) and no more than 200 K. The electronic photo file is named after the examinee's ID number. After verifying that the registration information is complete and correct, click "Submit for Review" to submit the registration information.
(2) Online audit
From 9: 00 on September 6, 2022 to 9: 00 on September 9, 2022 16:00, the information submitted by candidates will be reviewed online, and candidates are requested to pay attention to the results of the online registration system in time.
(3) Online payment
Candidates who have passed the online audit will log on to the online registration system 12 before 24:00 on September 2022, and pay online according to the prompts. After the payment is successful, the registration is completed. According to the Notice on the Charge Standard of Putonghua Proficiency Test and National Putonghua Proficiency Certificate (Lu Jia Fei Fa [2004] No.28), the test fee is 50 yuan/person. If the payment is not completed within the specified time, it will be deemed as an automatic waiver of registration and will not be reissued after the deadline.
Third, test related arrangements.
(1) Print the admission ticket
Print the admission ticket from June 5438+1October 17, 2022 to the day before the exam. Candidates who have completed online payment must log in to the online registration system on June 5438+ 10/7 to download and print the admission ticket, read the Instructions for Candidates carefully and prepare for the exam as required.
(2) the time and place of the exam
The exam will be held on October 22nd, 2022 10, and will be held on weekends. The specific examination time and place shall be subject to the Admission Ticket. Candidates should report to the corresponding test center with the required materials according to the registration time specified in their Admission Ticket, and strictly abide by the examination requirements and discipline.
(3) Test method
The Putonghua proficiency test in Qingdao adopts the national networked intelligent testing system for Putonghua proficiency, and is conducted by oral examination. The oral test questions include reading monosyllabic words (10, 3.5 minutes), reading polysyllabic words (20 minutes, 2.5 minutes), reading short passages (30 minutes, 4 minutes) and propositional oral English (40 minutes, 3 minutes). By testing candidates' Putonghua level and proficiency, their Putonghua level can be determined.
(4) Test flow
1. Report. Candidates must report to the test center on time according to the registration time indicated on the admission ticket.
2. To be tested. The staff guided the candidates into the waiting room.
3. Prepare for the test. Candidates test questions in the preparation room, and prepare for the exam 15 minutes.
4. test. Candidates are guided into the examination room by the staff and take the test in the seat corresponding to the extracted test number.
5. Leave the venue. Candidates leave the examination room after all the exams.
Fourth, publish the results.
The test results were published by the Office of Shandong Language and Literature Working Committee. At the end of June, 5438+February, 2022, candidates logged on the National Putonghua Training and Testing Information Resource Network (/"the State Council Department Service Window-Ministry of Education-Putonghua Certificate Inquiry") to inquire about their certificate information, and the inquiry results have the same effect as paper certificates.
The certificate is uniformly printed by the language and writing department of the State Council. After the examination results are published, a notice of issuing the certificate will be issued through the entrance examination column (/zsksy/) on the website of Qingdao Education Bureau at the end of June, 2022. Candidates are requested to pay attention to it in time. The certificate is issued by EMS express mail, and the mailing information is subject to the registered mailing address of the candidate, and the freight is borne by the candidate himself.
Sixth, the examination violation treatment
Violations of the examination shall be dealt with in accordance with the Measures for Handling Violations of the National Education Examination (Order No.33 of the Ministry of Education of People's Republic of China (PRC)), the Criminal Law Amendment (IX), and the Regulations on the Administration of Putonghua Proficiency Test (Order No.51of the Ministry of Education). During the examination, candidates who cheat in the examination room or commit other serious violations of discipline will have their test scores cancelled, submitted to the office of the Provincial Language Committee and the national testing institution, recorded in the files of those who violate the discipline in the national Putonghua proficiency test, and informed the school or unit where the candidates are located.
Seven, epidemic prevention and control requirements
At the time of registration, candidates need to apply for Shandong electronic health pass code through Health Shandong service number or apps such as Love Shandong, WeChat and Alipay. All candidates must take the test with a negative paper report of nucleic acid test within 48 hours before the test. Candidates should go to the relevant medical institutions for nucleic acid testing within the specified time.
Due to the dynamic changes of the epidemic situation, the requirements for epidemic prevention and control will be adjusted according to the situation. Candidates are requested to cooperate with the implementation of epidemic prevention and control territories and the latest examination requirements. Before the exam, you must log in to the entrance examination column of Qingdao Education Bureau website (/zsksy/) to check the letters from the candidates of Qingdao Putonghua proficiency test in the second half of 2022, understand the information of the exam and epidemic prevention policies, and do a good job in epidemic prevention test and exam preparation according to relevant requirements.
Candidates are requested to fill in the Health Management Information Collection Form for Putonghua Testers in Qingdao in the Second Half of 2022 every day from 7 days before the exam (see the attachment "A Letter from Putonghua Testers in Qingdao in the Second Half of 2022", which can be downloaded and printed by themselves) and submit it to the test center during the entrance examination.
Eight, the application instructions
(1) Candidates must register online and pay online through themselves within the specified time. If the overdue report cannot be made up, it will be regarded as an individual giving up registration, and it is strictly forbidden to entrust others to register on his behalf. Candidates are responsible for the authenticity and accuracy of the information they apply for. If the information provided by the candidates is incorrect, which affects the examination and certification, the candidates shall bear the responsibility themselves. Candidates who fail to take the exam according to the registration requirements and do not meet the registration scope will not be refunded.
(2) Candidates must report to the corresponding test center according to the registration time specified in the admission ticket, and strictly abide by the test requirements and test discipline. ?
(3) In order to ensure the health and safety of the candidates and the smooth progress of the examination, the candidates must refer to the Letter to the Putonghua Proficiency Testers in Qingdao in the Second Half of 2022 before the examination, and truthfully fill in the Health Management Information Collection Form for Putonghua Proficiency Testers in Qingdao in the Second Half of 2022 every day from 7 days before the examination, and do a good job in epidemic prevention testing and preparation according to relevant requirements.
