Article 1 Credits for continuing education of licensed pharmacists refer to credits that have been recognized and confirmed through the following learning activities:

(a) to participate in the compulsory and elective contents of continuing education for licensed pharmacists;

(two) more than one month of full-time professional study, professional degree courses;

(three) to participate in academic conferences, special reports, study abroad, publish papers, training, giving lectures, publishing works, research work plans, summary reports, research or investigation reports, reading professional journals, etc. ;

(4) Obtaining awards for scientific research achievements or national patents, etc. ;

(five) to formulate the national qualification standards for licensed pharmacists, the examination proposition, and the selection and evaluation of continuing education content;

(6) Business learning organized by the unit;

(seven) other forms of education and training activities recognized by the food and drug supervision and administration departments of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government.

Article 2 The credit granting procedures are as follows:

(a) to obtain the credits specified in the first paragraph of Article 1, the teaching institution shall confirm and register and stamp on the Registration Certificate for Continuing Education of Licensed Pharmacists.
