Social organizations or individuals other than state institutions. (Social organizations have legal personality, and individuals have political rights and full capacity for civil conduct. )

Procedures, materials and related documents required for handling affairs:

1, various reference materials. (audit report, qualification certificate and credit certificate of the organizer, source and use certificate of the park, feasibility report of running the park)

2. Various materials for applying for the formal establishment of the park. (approval letter for opening the park, formal application for opening the park, qualification of the organizer, registered capital for opening the park, feasibility report for opening the park, articles of association of the kindergarten, articles of association of the board of directors of the kindergarten or other decision-making bodies, qualification certificates of teaching staff and directors, rules and regulations of the kindergarten, and post responsibilities)

Work basis:

People's Republic of China (PRC) Private Education Promotion Law, People's Republic of China (PRC) Private Education Promotion Law Implementation Regulations and Kindergarten Management Regulations.

Procedure:

The organizer applies to the administrative department of education to run the park-entrusts an evaluation agency to evaluate the qualification of running the park-is approved to run the park, and then applies for running the park after completion-officially runs the park after evaluation-and issues a park permit.

Time limit for processing:

1. Complete and reply within 30 days after accepting the application for establishment and qualification evaluation report.

2. Complete and give a reply within three months after accepting the application for running the park and the qualification evaluation report.
