Teaching ability:

At present, there are two teacher qualification systems in China. Candidates in independent examination areas need to pass two written subjects, pedagogy and educational psychology, and pass the interview before they can obtain the qualification certificate of preschool teachers. Candidates in the national unified examination area need to pass two written test subjects: comprehensive quality, knowledge and teaching ability, and obtain the qualification certificate of preschool teachers through interviews.

The level of Putonghua should reach the second-class standard of Grade Scoring of Putonghua Proficiency Test issued by the State Language Committee, and obtain the corresponding Putonghua Proficiency Test Grade Certificate.

Have good physical and psychological quality, no infectious diseases, no history of mental illness, meet the needs of education and teaching, and be qualified by the hospital teacher qualification accreditation organization at or above the county level.
