Apply for a refund online

Refund of teacher qualification registration requires online application. Candidates must enter the system, choose to transfer to the second half of the exam or apply for a refund, and confirm the submission. If you have chosen to apply for a refund, the exam refund will be made according to the original card refund principle and the payment path of the exam fee.

The registration fee is not refundable.

Generally, before signing up for the teacher qualification certificate, official website will prompt the words that the registration fee is non-refundable. Therefore, if candidates cannot take the exam for personal reasons, they cannot be returned. However, if it is due to the organizational reasons of the examination unit, such as the cancellation of the local teacher qualification examination due to the epidemic, in this case, the money can be refunded or the examination can be transferred.

Refund to original account

Usually, the registration fee will be refunded to the account paid by the candidate. If the candidate pays by bank card, the refund will be returned to the paying bank card. If you pay with Alipay, the refund for the teacher qualification examination will be returned to the corresponding Alipay account.
