Brief introduction of wall-hung boiler
Wall-hung boiler is actually the abbreviation of gas wall-hung boiler. The word "wall-hung boiler" is a foreign word, and its full name is "gas wall-hung boiler".
China's standard name is "gas wall-mounted rapid heating water heater", but it is not a traditional gas water heater, which is essentially different from water heaters. It has many safety protection measures, such as anti-freezing, anti-dry-burning, accidental flameout protection, over-temperature protection, water pump anti-jamming protection and so on. The indoor temperature controller can be connected externally to realize personalized temperature adjustment and save energy. According to statistics, the use of indoor thermostat can save 20~28% of gas costs. The new national standard GB 25034-20 10 for gas heating water heaters was implemented on July 1 day.
Second, the product function
Traditional wall-hung boilers are divided into single function and double function. The simple understanding is that the single-function wall-hung boiler has only one hot water outlet signal, which is connected to the floor heating coil and the domestic hot water tank through two outlets respectively. In other words, a single-function wall-hung boiler cannot provide domestic hot water independently without an external domestic water tank.
The dual-function wall-hung boiler can meet the demand of domestic hot water independently, and its wall-hung boiler is set to provide domestic hot water first. That is to say, when the domestic hot water faucet is turned on, the dual-function wall-hung boiler cannot continue to provide hot water to the floor heating coil. Therefore, in the design of dual-function wall-hung boiler system, this factor is usually considered to reserve part of the power of the wall-hung boiler and ensure the demand of floor heating plate to control heat.
Third, the maintenance method
1: You don't need to keep warm in spring and autumn. You should drain the radiator and inject new water.
1, turn on the water inlet switch, and turn it off when the pressure reaches 2bar (the pressure cannot exceed 3 bar);
2. Open the vent valve of the last radiator, and a strange smell of "old water" will be sprayed out;
3. When the "old water" does not spray or flow out, close the air leakage valve, turn on the water inlet switch for the second time, and pressurize it to 2 or 3;
4, repeatedly drain water and add water n times, until it is clean.
5. After deciding not to rinse repeatedly, the last pressurization should not exceed 1.5bar (at most, 2bar).
6. Flush and change water again in autumn and winter, but the pressure shall not exceed 1.5bar. When the pressure is too high, you can open the bleeder valve of the last radiator and release some water.
