The teaching ability test mainly examines the applicant's classroom teaching ability; The interview mainly examines the applicant's logical thinking ability, adaptability, ability to analyze problems, accuracy of answering questions, manners and so on. The practical operation test of professional skills mainly examines the professional skills or practical operation ability of candidates.
The total score is 100, including 80 points for the test of teaching ability in general subjects and 20 points for the interview. If teaching ability test+professional skill practical operation test+interview test is adopted, the total score is 100, including 50 points for teaching ability test, 30 points for professional skill practical operation test and 20 points for interview. Those who fail the education and teaching ability test (or the total score is less than 60 points) will be eliminated.
2. Among those who pass the examination, the physical examination and assessment objects shall be determined from high score to low score according to the ratio of 1: 1. The total score is the same, according to the educational and teaching ability test results; If the total score is the same as the test score of education and teaching ability, the test scores shall be sorted according to the actual operation of professional skills; If all the results (or direct interview results) are the same, add test subjects. (3) Physical examination and evaluation
After receiving the telephone notice, the medical examiner will attend the medical examination at the designated place according to the required time, and the medical examination standard shall be implemented with reference to the Physical Examination Standard for Recruitment of National Civil Servants in Zhejiang Province (Trial).
After the physical examination, the recruiting unit will make a detailed assessment of the ideological and political performance, moral quality, professional ability and work performance of those who pass the physical examination. Those who fail the exam will be eliminated.

(4) Publicity and employment
