In order to rebuild Sōka Gakkai, Ikeda struggled with this skillful craftsman for nearly ten years, which laid the foundation for the society. After Toda's death, Ikeda succeeded him as the third president of Sōka Gakkai.
Sōka Gakkai is a mass organization based on the life dignity of Buddhism, which makes everyone happy and promotes permanent peace in the world. It is also a non-governmental organization recognized by the United Nations. Under the leadership of President Ikeda, the Institute has set up kindergartens, primary schools and high and secondary education facilities in major cities in Japan, and founded Soka University in April of 197 1. In 200 1 year, Sōka Gakkai University was founded. 1963 Yin Min was founded, and is committed to promoting cultural exchange through music activities. 1983, the Fuji Art Museum in Tokyo was established, which is dedicated to promoting the extensive exchange of international art and culture. From 65438 to 0970, Sōka Gakkai developed into an international organization. 1In June, 1975, Daisaku Ikeda became the president of the International Sōka Gakkai, and later established the International Sōka Gakkai in Hongkong, Southeast Asia and other countries and regions. Up to now, its members have spread all over 192 countries and regions, and by the end of 2000120,000 followers worldwide.
