It is understood that the current situation of schools in the Ministry of Education is still good in terms of funds, but the loan balance of schools managed by the Ministry of Education has exceeded 20 billion at the end of last year, of which the loan balance of individual monster universities has exceeded 3 billion, and the annual interest is nearly 200 million, which is equivalent to the annual appropriation given to it by the state. Jiangsu Province, the largest province of higher education in China, has a relatively good financial situation, but the balance of college loans in Jiangsu Province also exceeds10 billion yuan. This problem is very prominent, resulting in the construction of some university buildings, but the internal teaching instruments are empty, which can not meet the needs.
