Urology medical papers

In the development of clinical medicine, urology has occupied an important position since ancient times and is one of the fastest growing clinical disciplines. The professional scope of urology mainly covers hernia, cryptorchidism, hydrocele of tunica vaginalis and varicocele. The following is my medical paper on urology. Welcome to reading.

With the increase of the number of urinary patients, clinical nursing becomes more and more important. Practice has proved that the quality of nursing work not only directly affects the effect of clinical treatment, but also has a great influence on the rehabilitation speed of urological patients.

Urological disease is a common disease with high incidence and recurrence rate. Diseases in urology are closely related to diet, organism, heredity, drugs, infection and other factors, so it is of great significance to take targeted health education, preoperative care, psychological care and dietary guidance for urological patients [1].

1, data and methods

1. 1 general data 200 urological patients admitted to our hospital from May 20, 2006 to May 20, 2006 were divided into experimental group and control group according to different treatment methods, each group 100 cases, and the therapeutic effects of each group were studied and analyzed. Among the 200 patients, there were 65438 008 males and 92 females, aged from 33 to 62 years, with an average of (50.45438 0.3.70) years. There is no obvious difference in medical history, weight, culture and economy between the two groups, that is, there is no statistical difference in general data (P & gt0.05), which is comparable.

1.2 method

1.2. 1 Health education is mainly divided into preoperative education and postoperative health education. Preoperative health education is mainly to strengthen patients' understanding of themselves, mainly by explaining the anatomical characteristics and physiological knowledge of their urinary system and reproductive system, and informing patients of the causes, symptoms, health hazards, infection routes, medication precautions, diet structure and nursing knowledge of urinary system diseases, so as to prepare for later treatment. According to the specific situation of patients, make a suitable diet plan.

1.2.2 Preoperative nursing mainly includes several aspects: ① Soothing patients' emotions: patients will have anxiety before operation, and serious emotions may affect the operation effect, so nurses should understand the causes of patients' anxiety, take corresponding soothing measures, inform patients of the main contents and safety of the operation, explain successful cases of the operation to patients, and encourage patients to face the operation calmly; ② Physical examination and health assessment of patients, some operations may need to use antibiotics to control infection, and the use of antibiotics should be strictly in accordance with the doctor's advice; ③ For some patients with severe anxiety and emotional excitement, diazepam should be injected orally or intramuscularly as appropriate, communicate with encouraging language, assist the anesthesiologist to set up, closely observe the electrocardiogram, and notify the operator in time if there is any abnormality [2].

1.2.3 psychological nursing begins with the patient's hospitalization, and the reception staff should be kind, eliminate the strangeness of the patient and increase the relationship between doctors and patients. Patiently ask about the patient's illness and discomfort symptoms, and speak tactfully for some private questions. The attending physician should have confidence in the hospital and his own strength to enhance the patient's sense of security. For patients who are nervous before operation, nurses should do a good job of psychological counseling and appeasement, introduce the relevant situation of the operation in detail, tell the safety of the operation, let the patients have a general understanding of the operation, and then eliminate the fear brought by the unknown. After operation, the nurse greeted the patient in time and congratulated the operation on its success. This kind of psychological encouragement and comfort is conducive to the rehabilitation of patients.

1.2.4 dietary guidance for the treatment and rehabilitation of urological patients is closely related to their dietary structure, and a reasonable dietary structure is conducive to the treatment and rehabilitation of urology. Patients should pay attention to drink less strong tea, eat more foods rich in vitamins such as pork liver, eggs, fresh cabbage and fruits, eat less foods rich in animal protein such as meat and internal organs, eat less foods rich in calcium such as spinach and beetroot, eat less vegetables rich in oxalic acid, and fast after operation 1 ~ 2d[3].

1.3 statistical processing data were processed by spass 17.0 statistical software, and t test was used. P & lt0.05 was statistically significant.

2. Results

2. 1 See table 1 for the comparison of curative effects between the two groups.

2.2 Comparison of curative effects between the two groups is shown in Table 2.

Step 3 discuss

The number of patients in urology is increasing year by year, and it is of great significance to carry out effective and scientific nursing for patients. The data in this paper show that the experimental group has taken health education, preoperative care, psychological care, dietary guidance and other nursing intervention measures on the basis of routine care in the control group, and achieved good results. The nursing satisfaction and cure rate of the experimental group were 95.00% and 88.00% respectively, which were significantly higher than those of the control group (80.00% and 40.00%), and the complications and recurrence rates were 3.00% and 65,438 0.00% respectively, which were significantly lower than those of the control group (6.00% and 7.00%). These data show that it is very necessary to take scientific and reasonable nursing measures for urological patients, which can effectively improve the cure rate and patient satisfaction, reduce the recurrence rate and complications, and is worth popularizing in clinic.
