109, Qinglan Primary School has been marching on the road of continuous development with an open mind and indomitable pace. 1906 (in the thirty-second year of Guangxu), Mr. Shishan, the magistrate of Hangzhou, founded one of the earliest primary schools in Hangzhou-the second Hangfu Primary School Hall, which was later renamed Renhe County Primary School Hall, the ninth primary school in the municipal area, Xinqiao Primary School, Shiqiao Primary School and Xinqiao Central Ethnic School in the third district of Hangzhou. After liberation, the school was renamed as "The Third Central Primary School in Xiacheng District of Hangzhou". The Third Central Primary School was relocated and merged with Donghai Primary School and Xinhua Road No.2 Primary School, and was named Qinglan Primary School. From June 5438 to October 2004 10, Qinglan Primary School, Qinglan Primary School Shenglan Branch, Xinhua Branch and Tsinghua Branch formed "Hangzhou Qinglan Education Group School".
