The reason why file status information could not be retrieved.
First, the voluntary batch admission has not yet started. When the college entrance examination is accepted, the Provincial Education Examinations Institute will digitize the candidates' information, that is, make basic information such as candidates' registration, physical examination, grades and volunteers into electronic files and store them in the computer. After the admission begins, the Provincial Education Examinations Institute will transmit the electronic files of qualified candidates to the admissions institutions through the private network according to the transmission ratio agreed with universities. Only after the successful filing will the candidates' electronic file information change.
When the candidate's voluntary batch admission has not yet started, the system will automatically prompt you that your filing information has not been retrieved.
In the second case, voluntary batch enrollment has begun, but unfortunately the score is not enough for the "shift line" of colleges and universities. In the process of filing, the Provincial Education Examinations Institute will sort the candidates who fill in their volunteers and whose scores are on the batch line according to the rules of parallel volunteer (or gradient volunteers), and then file according to a certain proportion of the college enrollment plan. The score of the last candidate who entered the admissions college is what we often call the "shift line".
The electronic files of candidates with scores above will enter the college entrance examination admission system, which will be visited, reviewed and determined by the school. If the score can't reach the "shift line" of colleges and universities, the electronic files of candidates can't be cast.
When these candidates log in to the college entrance examination inquiry system, the system will automatically prompt that your file information has not been retrieved.
