First, identify the object
China citizens who have not reached the national statutory retirement age, have household registration, residence (must hold a local residence permit and be within the validity period) or attend schools (only fresh graduates and graduate students) in Hanzhong, can apply for the qualification of internship guidance teachers in kindergartens, primary schools, junior middle schools, senior middle schools, secondary vocational schools and secondary vocational schools in Hanzhong.
Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents who study, work and live in our city can apply for the qualification examination for primary and secondary school teachers with the residence permit of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents and identify the qualifications of primary and secondary school teachers; In mainland travel permit for taiwan residents, holders of Hong Kong and Macao residents' passes to and from the mainland and Taiwan Province residents' passes to and from the mainland with a validity period of five years can obtain the qualification of primary and secondary school teachers in the place where the examination is held.
Second, the identification conditions
(a) abide by the Constitution and laws, have good ideological and moral character and professional ethics, and be able to fulfill the obligations stipulated in the Teachers Law.
(two) to apply for the qualification of kindergarten and primary school teachers, they should have a college degree or above; To apply for the qualification of teachers in junior middle schools, senior middle schools and secondary vocational schools, one should have a bachelor's degree or above; To apply for the qualification of an internship instructor in a secondary vocational school, one should have graduated from a secondary vocational school or above, and have a professional technical position of equivalent assistant engineer or above or a technical level of intermediate workers or above.
According to the relevant provisions of the national and Shaanxi primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination, students above grade three in colleges and universities can take the primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination. Before passing the exam but not obtaining the graduation certificate, you don't have the qualifications to apply for teacher qualification. Full-time fresh graduates of ordinary colleges and universities can apply for the accreditation of the corresponding teacher qualification in the last semester before graduation, and the accreditation body will give the accreditation conclusion and issue the teacher qualification certificate after the applicant obtains the graduation certificate.
(three) through the primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination, and obtained the "primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination certificate" and within the validity period. Postgraduates of education and normal students at public expense should obtain teachers' professional competence certificates of normal students, and they are within the validity period.

Third, the application process
(1) Online declaration

(2) Physical examination

(3) On-site confirmation
After completing the online application, the applicant will bring the following materials to Hanzhong Middle School Teacher Training Center (No.670 Tianhan Avenue, Hantai District, Hanzhong City, the conference room on the second floor of Building 4, Affiliated Hospital of Hanzhong Vocational and Technical College) for on-site review and confirmation:
1. Original second-generation ID card (within the validity period). Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents who study, work and live in our city carry Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents' residence permits or Hong Kong and Macao residents' passes to and from the mainland, and Taiwan Province residents hold mainland travel permit for taiwan residents valid for five years.

Special note: In the process of material review, applicants must submit the China Higher Education Qualification Report (Xuexin.com Online Application) for academic qualifications that cannot be directly compared and verified by the national information system, otherwise it will not be accepted and will be regarded as unqualified academic qualifications. Applicants are advised to verify their academic qualifications in Xue Xin. If it cannot be verified, please apply for a certification report in time.
3. A recent bareheaded one-inch color photo on a white background (the same as the photo uploaded when applying online).
4. Apply for identification at the place where the household registration is located, and submit the original household registration book or collective household registration certificate; To apply for recognition in the place of residence, the original valid residence permit shall be submitted. If you apply at the school location, submit the original student ID card with complete registration information.
To apply for the qualification category of internship instructor in secondary vocational schools, the above information should be provided, as well as the equivalent professional title certificate of assistant engineer and above or the technical level qualification certificate of intermediate and above workers.
5. If it is determined that the system cannot verify the applicant's Putonghua proficiency test level, it is necessary to recheck the original Putonghua proficiency test level certificate on the spot.
Due to the need of epidemic prevention and control, in order to avoid congestion and network system paralysis caused by crowds, applicants must submit materials according to the following time and corresponding qualifications:
July 5: High school education;
July 6: Senior middle school education and secondary vocational school education;
July 7: Junior high school education;
July 8: Primary school education;
July 9: Primary school education, kindergarten education.
(4) Appraisal and obtaining certificates.
After the accreditation, Hanzhong Education Bureau makes a conclusion based on the accreditation and issues teacher qualification certificates to qualified applicants.
