On July 6th and 7th, 20 19, I was lucky enough to attend the new summer education of 20 19 in Ruyang County organized by the Education and Sports Bureau of Ruyang County. This activity was held in Ruyang County Foreign Language Experimental Primary School. At the opening ceremony, the director, secretary and director of Ruyang Guixin Foundation made important speeches respectively. More than 300 new education teachers from various towns and villages in Ruyang County listened to this unforgettable auditory feast.

The teacher who trained us was Yin Yamin, the winner of the third China Golden Microphone Gold Award, a knowledgeable scholar, who looked particularly friendly, cordial and admirable. First of all, Teacher Yin explained to us that as a teacher, we should learn to protect our own voice, learn to use the art of voice, practice whispering every day, and speak. Learn to use your breath correctly and make your voice full of vitality.

As teachers, we should learn to practice whispering, train our own voices in the form of whispering and master ear grammar. Ear grammar is to quickly master the training method of using air to make sounds in the form of whispers. Teacher Yin showed us how to speak in a low voice. The students put their ears together, whispered, and trained this "good surprise" in groups.

In order to improve students' learning enthusiasm, under the organization of Teacher Yin, we first practiced independently, then helped each other to correct mistakes, and finally filmed videos for each other in groups. Practice repeatedly, and strive to let every student master the basic essentials of whispering with ear grammar. We also selected three groups of students to go to the podium for everyone to see. Look! They showed their best side on the stage and are the most beautiful teachers in our county!

Teacher Yin summed up the essentials of practicing ear grammar: 1 laugh, 2 small hands, 3 hands. And made a special analysis and explanation of these three points. Students practice "one person", "eight hundred pacesetters" and "four is four" in private.

Summarize what you have learned and practice in a low voice: 1 Small is to control the volume and speak in a low voice. Slow is to master the speed of speech and speak slowly. Third, the practice time is scattered. You can practice your ear grammar anytime and anywhere on your way to work, between classes and while walking.

Explain three ways to practice bravery: laughing, watching and standing. A smile is a smile. Teacher Yin showed us two ways of frowning and smiling, and analyzed the benefits of smiling in detail. Learn to smile by repeating a special word "Yin". As long as you practice 100 times a day, you will laugh after a long time. The practice essentials of "leading", practice in a low voice, add a third gesture, and pause for three seconds. There must be someone in the eyes, and there must be love in the eyes. Facing the audience, accurate orientation, empty eyes and shoulders. Confidence and respect can attract people. Standing is: mind+confidence. Requirements: 1 Stand straight-Stand as loose as 2-Stop for three seconds before speaking, and keep your courage, field and speed steady. 3 is to walk steadily-pay attention to your feet and your arms. Practice the three definitions comprehensively and describe them in words. Personal practice+two-person help+group cooperation.

Teacher Yin continued to give examples to the students, saying that opinions should be expressed in one word, paying attention to the use of specific pictures and examples, and having certain generalization and induction skills. Teacher Yin told us that simple practice to the extreme is the trick! Genius is the person who repeats the most! All the successful people we see standing on the stage are shining with many unknown efforts, which are exchanged with hard work and hard sweat. Where there is nothing unforgettable, the first speech of a successful person is to write a good speech first, then make it into a chapter, and then recite it by heart before it becomes a chapter.

After the training, Secretary Chen of the Municipal Education and Sports Bureau presented the honorary certificate to Mr. Yin. We reluctantly bid farewell to Mr. Yin, recalling the two short days of listening to Mr. Yin's teachings and practicing whispering with the students, which made me full of thoughts and emotions. At this moment, I finally understood the profound meaning of "it is better to study for ten years than to listen to you"

Walk with the wise and you will go further. Teacher Yin conquered every audience at the scene with his profound knowledge, cordial affinity and passionate voice charm, leaving us an unforgettable lesson and beautiful memories. At the same time, I would also like to thank the Teacher Training Unit of the Education and Sports Bureau for organizing this auditory feast, so that our colleagues who are fighting in the front line of education can learn to speak well, speak slowly and speak quietly, and let us meet ourselves more beautifully on the road of pursuing our dreams in the new education!
