Article 7 The people's governments at or above the county level shall formulate special plans for family education, incorporate family education guidance services into the urban and rural public service system and the catalogue of government-purchased services, incorporate relevant funds into the fiscal budget, and encourage and support the provision of family education guidance in the form of government-purchased services.
Article 10 The State encourages and supports enterprises, institutions, social organizations and individuals to carry out public welfare family education service activities according to law.
Article 12 The state encourages and supports natural persons, legal persons and unincorporated organizations to donate or provide voluntary services for family education, and gives tax concessions to those who meet the requirements according to law.
