If college students didn't organize their files when they graduated, their personal files have disappeared in recent years. When searching, you can find the telephone number of the archives under the relevant management department according to the whereabouts of the files below, and tell the receptionist that you can generally find the graduation school and graduation year. There are usually three destinations for college graduates' files: 1. After graduation, they found the unit that accepted the hukou, and the files and hukou were transferred to the work unit; 2. After graduation, I didn't find a unit to receive the hukou, and my hukou and files stayed at school; 3. Put files and registered permanent residence in the talent market exchange center. 4. The file will be in the talent market where this unit is located. If there is no signature, the remarks column of the registration card will be empty and the default name will be returned to its original place. Undergraduate students will go to the provincial talent market, junior college students will go to the municipal talent market, and normal graduates will go to the education department, usually the Education Bureau.
