We often find that children in primary schools are very clever. However, children with a calm mind get very good grades, while smart and active children don't. Why is this? Did the teacher teach you badly? Is it because the teacher doesn't want to teach the children well? Are children unwilling to study hard? Neither. The same teacher teaches many children, and the teacher teaches the same, but the results are different. Can you say it's the teacher's problem?
So, what is the root cause of the difference in children's academic performance? It is because children's physical and mental states are different, and teachers' targeted education (individual education and its methods) is not in place. Its specific causes are manifested in three aspects: children's growth environment, teachers' physical and mental quality and early kindergarten education.
First of all, it is family reasons.
Family living conditions are good and there are few children. Many of them are six adults around a child. They don't know how to take care of them. They give whatever they want, buy whatever they don't want, and take care of everything. Basically, they completely deprived their children of their right to autonomy and experience. In this way, the child has developed a greedy heart.
The same is true in learning. When the children were less than three years old, their parents gave them many remedial classes. A child's heart is like a blank sheet of paper, and his mind has not yet grown up. If they have so much rubbish in their hearts, they can't digest it.
Secondly, it is kindergarten.
When a child enters a kindergarten at the age of three, he can't get a good physical and mental health education in early childhood education. On the contrary, he is under a lot of control, forming a "dispute between quietness and intention" in his mind, and a quiet heart and a conscious heart compete for territory. However, many people, including teachers, do not know how people can be quiet. If they want to be quiet, they just can't be quiet This is because the conscious mind is very powerful, and the quiet mind is bigger than the conscious mind.
If you want a child's heart to be quiet, you must guide the child's consciousness and mind in a reasonable way, so that it can cut into a quiet heart and a big heart. In the early childhood education stage, the first task is to guide children to learn to concentrate, so that when they get to primary school, they will naturally listen to classes and study hard.
Finally, the teacher's physical and mental state, which is also a more serious reason.
Nowadays, many people are impetuous and the whole humanistic environment is flawed. Parents don't know life knowledge, even teachers are far away from life culture, and they don't know the way to cultivate self-cultivation. Their physical and mental state is not necessarily higher than that of ordinary people in society. How to get a good physical and mental health education for children? The so-called education, first of all, is psychological education. How can an education lacking mental education cultivate sages?
In short, in the current primary education, knowledge learning is sufficient, ability development is also sufficient, the use of external resources and the control from outside to inside are more sufficient, and only the nourishment and cultivation of life itself (body and mind) is weak. In particular, we have lost the cultivation of mind and neglected the cultivation and exertion of inner energy (wisdom).
So, what should we do in view of this situation? According to the principle of "Zongyun Life Science", the trinity of morality, intelligence and physique should strengthen physical and mental health exercise. The trinity of morality, intelligence and physique interacts and influences each other. The three are not three, inseparable and inseparable. This is the premise of implementing education that we need to understand first.
The so-called virtue refers to mind and morality, that is, mind and behavior, including three aspects: positive mind, positive conduct and positive physique. What you can't do is not true virtue, but false virtue and false virtue, all of which are the functions of consciousness, not meditation. China's traditional culture is mainly Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism, which are all about being a man, sex (mind) and life. What they have in common is to cultivate the mind and cultivate the nature. What is a heart? Sex is the heart, Tao is the heart, and Buddha is the heart. All three schools agree with Tao and heart.
Confucianism says that "human nature is good", people are born with no distinction between good and evil, and good and evil are acquired. If each of us doesn't leave our true heart, it is the virtue of mind, that is, wisdom.
Taoism says, "Tao can be Tao or extraordinary Tao; Names can be named, which is not common. "It is believed that Tao can't be accurately expressed in words, and Tao's heart is emptiness, which dominates the life of the universe." Name is also "Ming". It is believed that "Ming" means that everyone has enough wisdom, but is submerged and shrouded by conscious minds, which are hidden in the distance. As long as we get rid of distractions, everyone's heart will be bright.
Buddhists also want to gain wisdom and believe that "what is wisdom". There is a poem to prove it: "I long to be swept by clouds and fog, and I feel wonderful in an instant." There is no doubt that the Zen River can live water. "
"Being caught in the fog" means that everyone's wisdom is the same. Wisdom is covered by consciousness, just as clouds cover the sun. Suddenly a gust of wind blew away the clouds, and the world was lit up from top to bottom. So is the human heart. When the conscious mind is removed, it will naturally be as bright as heaven and earth.
The so-called "Zen" refers to the peace of mind. Quiet is an idea and a method. For example, students can concentrate on attending classes, attending classes, studying or practicing martial arts. This method is like a river, from having distractions to getting rid of them, just like a river is cut off. Suddenly I can't remember it, and I enter a quiet state of forgetting myself and not having me.
Sentences like "I feel wonderful in an instant" and "I don't doubt whether I have the will to succeed" mean that everyone has a magical and wonderful heart, which is wisdom. No one is more than anyone, no one is less than anyone, and all beings are equal. However, if you want to achieve it, you must have confidence, ambition and sincerity.
