A survey of repeat schools
Business, step down, repeat, keep up.

The Ministry of Education stipulates that it is completely forbidden to set up repeat classes in public high schools this year, and the Guangdong Provincial Department of Education also issued a document last year, requiring the whole province to strictly implement it in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Education. This is the most important policy factor that has undergone important changes in the college entrance examination market this year. According to the survey report released by Su Ying Education Network, there are hundreds of private schools offering college entrance examinations in Guangdong Province, with the Pearl River Delta being the most concentrated, and Guangzhou being the largest gathering place for private institutions to repeat their studies. There are nearly 30 repeat training schools (subject to open enrollment), of which nearly 1/3 are new repeat institutions this year. The reporter was informed that just a few days ago, New Oriental announced the acquisition of Beijing Mingshitang Re-reading School, and on July 29, it announced the acquisition of Changchun Wentong College Entrance Examination Training School.

Liu Hailian, vice president of Guangzhou Oriental Education Group TV University Oriental Branch, learned that Oriental Education Group originally planned to join this army this year, but after several attempts, it was still worried about the competition of students. It is unlikely to start classes this year, but we will continue to pay attention to this field. Faced with this "recovered" market, established institutions and new entrants have different mentalities.

Before the fierce fighting, tuition fees rose differently.

According to Qiu Jianshi, director of operations of Yingsu.com, this year's re-reading market is obviously ahead of last year, which is related to this year's voluntary reporting. According to the adjustment of the network, the increase of repetition in Guangzhou is smaller than that in other areas of the Pearl River Delta. It is estimated that the number may be around 8000 this year. According to the reporter's observation, at present, large and small repeat institutions in Guangzhou can be regarded as open enrollment. On average, the theoretical enrollment scale of each school will not exceed 250. In recent years, the number of many established institutions is usually around 400-500. Therefore, the enrollment prospects of newly-added repeat institutions are not optimistic.

In terms of tuition fees, the tuition fees of many repeat schools in the city have quietly increased by one to twenty percent. The tuition fee of Yingyuan Tutoring School was 10600 yuan last year, and it rose to 12000 yuan this year; The original tuition fee of Huaxing Culture Training School is 1.54 million yuan, and this year 1.76 million yuan; The tuition fees for excellent repetition have also increased slightly. The reporter learned from Zhuo Yue, Gaoshan, Huaxing and other repeat institutions that this year's enrollment institutions still take 400 points as the basic reference line for enrollment, and some schools with less than 400 points have to pass exams and interviews.

According to the survey, high schools in first-tier cities such as Guangzhou and Shenzhen are relatively strict and no longer recruit repeat students, so many repeat students go to suburban high schools or foreign high schools. Some public schools in remote areas and towns play a "marginal role" in repeating classes in the name of branch schools and borrowing. More often, it is to insert repeat students into the current class and then take the college entrance examination in the name of social workers.
