Education is scientific.
Education is a science, but also an art. I have been teaching physics for more than ten years and have a lot of teaching experience. I think education is an art, which can produce a fascinating force. Physics teaching is a combination of science and art. If there is no teaching art in class, students' interest in class will be reduced by more than half. The remaining half, even with scientific knowledge, is in a passive and rigid state. Therefore, there can be no art in physics education and teaching. It is often said that listening to a good class is an artistic enjoyment, which is a compliment to the teacher's "teaching art". For teachers, the "secret" of a good class lies in the successful use of "teaching art". So in physics classroom teaching, what aspects should we use teaching art to make our classroom teaching achieve the best effect? Let me talk about some specific practices in my teaching practice of physics education. 1. The Art of Communicating Students' Psychology We often go out to listen to some first-class teachers. In order to popularize experience and promote teaching reform, they often borrow classes. Teachers and students don't know each other and don't understand each other. At this time, it is particularly important for teachers to communicate students' psychology, quickly shorten the communication distance between teachers and students, and relieve students' nervousness. How to communicate students' psychology? I think we can do it from two aspects: the first is to communicate students' intelligence and psychology. (1) We often find that some students don't study well and don't understand or forget the past knowledge, which hinders the learning of new knowledge. At this time, our teachers should make timely knowledge recovery, pave the way for the study of new knowledge and communicate students' psychology of learning new knowledge. (2) Sometimes, in classroom learning, students often don't know where to start when faced with learning tasks. Apart from knowledge barriers, this is mostly a matter of methods. At this time, teachers should give guidance and enlightenment in methods, which can not only enhance their initiative in learning, but also let them taste the sweetness of solving problems. Besides communicating students' intellectual psychology, we should also communicate students' non-intellectual psychology. (1) For example, sometimes students don't want to learn, don't like learning, and don't actively reflect in class. It is not that they have mental problems, but that they often lack motivation to learn. At this time, teachers should constantly give students motivation, stimulate students' desire to learn, and constantly realize their wishes in the joy of success. ② In physics study, we also found that many students have some bad habits, such as like rote memorization, nonstandard language, and unwillingness to think seriously. These bad habits all bring obstacles to physics learning. In addition, teachers should correct some bad physics study habits of students at any time. This is very important. In a word, psychological communication between teachers and students is the starting point of teaching. We should always provide practical and concrete help to students in intellectual and non-intellectual factors, so that students can study smoothly. 2. The Art of Educational Wit Russian educator ushinski put forward in "Man is the Object of Education": "No matter how an educator studies educational theory, if he has no educational wit, he cannot be an excellent educational practitioner." It can be seen that educational tact plays an important role in teaching. Educational tact can not only protect students' enthusiasm and maintain their self-esteem, but also enable students to receive education. Classroom teaching is an ever-changing "work of art", which requires teachers to be good at detecting unique and subtle changes in the process of classroom teaching, and use educational wit to regulate teaching at any time, so that classroom teaching can be carried out smoothly and effectively. 3. The art of classroom implementation (1) The art of introducing new lessons is a good start and a forerunner of success. This is true of all kinds of work, and teaching is no exception. Doing a good job in the introduction of new courses can play a leading role and lay a good foundation for the whole class. Experienced teachers attach great importance to the art of introducing new lessons into the classroom. Ingeniously introducing new courses can strengthen students' desire for knowledge and stimulate their interest in learning. Let students be good at thinking and cultivate their directional thinking. Teachers who have the art of guiding classes can often quickly concentrate students' distracted attention, enliven the classroom atmosphere and get excellent results. Therefore, being good at introducing new lessons is an important part of teaching good lessons, and it is also a basic skill that teachers should master. By introducing new courses, teachers can master them flexibly according to different subjects and contents. There are several common forms of introducing new courses: 1. Ask questions and introduce new lessons. At the beginning of the lecture, teachers should be good at asking thoughtful questions to make students concentrate and think positively. In this way, teachers ask questions and students listen to lectures with curiosity, which can get good results. 2. The intuitive demonstration and introduction of new lessons make knowledge vividly enter students' minds, which is also a teaching art.. Some abstract knowledge, through the introduction of intuitive demonstration, can make abstract knowledge concrete and provide and accumulate rich perceptual experience for students. Teachers in some disciplines introduce new lessons through wall charts, models and objects, which can arouse students' interest, fully perceive, deepen their understanding, enhance their memory, cultivate their observation and imagination, and effectively develop their intelligence. For example, in teaching, I use the effect of multimedia courseware to infect students, learn to sing and introduce new lessons after reciting the lyrics. 3. Stimulating feelings is not to introduce people's thinking activities into new courses out of thin air, but to stimulate with the help of situations. In the teaching environment, teachers are good at creating situations, which is an important condition to stimulate students' creative thinking. If teachers can be full of emotion and infect students when introducing new classes, students can take the initiative to learn and enhance their interest in learning. In physics, politics, geography and other cultural classes, at the beginning, teachers can emotionally praise China's fascinating famous mountains and rivers and famous tourist attractions. In this way, we can introduce new lessons, create an emotional atmosphere, infect students and let them study with passion. (2) The Art of Classroom Teaching In all kinds of teaching, teaching is to efficiently impart knowledge and skills to students and develop their intelligence. Excellent teachers always give lectures carefully and accurately, with flexible methods and prominent points. In each class, the teacher has a lot to teach, but how to speak at the beginning, how to speak in the middle, how to speak at the end, what to be detailed, what to ask, what to practice and what to teach by oneself, all should be arranged in an all-round way, so as to be aware of it and avoid being blind, unplanned, scripted and straightforward. On the premise of proper arrangement of each teaching link, the success or failure of classroom teaching is mainly carried out through language, that is, it depends on the language art of teachers. Suhomlinski once said: Teachers' language literacy largely determines the efficiency of students' mental work in class. Therefore, teachers' language art should embody the following three characteristics: 1. Accuracy and Refinement of Teachers' Language In the teaching of various subjects, students learn and understand knowledge through teachers' lectures. Only when teachers' language can be accepted by students can teaching efficiency be improved. Therefore, the language taught by teachers must be accurate, concise, logical and scientific. 2. The sense of rhythm of teachers' language In the teaching of various subjects, if teachers' language has a sense of rhythm, they can concentrate students' attention more, avoid monotonous stimulation, reduce students' fatigue and make the teaching atmosphere harmonious and relaxed. For example, when teaching concepts and key issues, teachers should emphasize the tone and speak slowly, and should analyze and discuss in depth to impress students. When teaching small questions, you can speak a little faster and speak a little lower. The language of the teacher should not be too fast, too slow, too high or too low. For example, when teaching literacy 1, let students know that "Spring Festival" is the most important festival of the Chinese nation. I celebrate with the most rhythmic nursery rhyme: clap your hands and read: Spring Festival is coming, Spring Festival is coming; Every household is really lively; Eat jiaozi and set off firecrackers; Visit relatives and friends to bless you. Students will be very interested. 3. Humor in teachers' language Humor in classroom teaching is to use all kinds of clever, unexpected or funny language, actions and expressions to enliven the classroom atmosphere, attract students' attention, enhance students' learning interest and inspire students' intelligence. Practice shows that interest learning can make students concentrate and think positively, and everything they learn in a state of full interest can always be fast. (3) Organizing teaching is an important part of classroom teaching, a means to concentrate and keep students' attention, and a reliable guarantee for a smooth class. Organizational teaching should not only be carried out at the beginning of a class, but also run through the whole process of a class. It is an important question whether teachers can effectively impart the content of the prepared textbooks to students and organize the classroom order. When organizing teaching, we should pay attention to the following three points: 1 Organize class order and concentrate students' attention. In a chaotic classroom, if teachers don't organize the classroom order well, it will be difficult to complete the teaching task as planned. Even in an orderly class, we should organize the class order at the beginning. How to organize classroom order often varies from teacher to teacher. Some teachers kindly face the chaotic classroom, and students only have kind eyes and kind gestures, and suddenly quiet down. This shows that organizing classes should pay attention to artistry. 2. Be good at using feedback information to organize the teaching process. When giving lectures, we should organize the teaching process according to the teaching contents and methods. If you find that most students' expressions are wrong during the class, such as frowning, glaring, listlessness, etc. That means they haven't accepted what the teacher said, and the teacher can't go on. Students should be asked what they don't understand, and they must repeat it or explain it to the tutor. (4) The blackboard writing of classroom art is a powerful means for teachers to enhance the classroom effect and an essential basic skill for teachers. The quality of teachers' blackboard writing directly affects the teaching effect. Carefully designed blackboard writing can vividly show the main contents to be told to students, so that students can observe carefully, fully perceive, grasp the main points and deepen their understanding and memory. At the same time, it can also arouse aesthetic feeling and subtly cultivate students' sentiment. A teacher has a lot to talk about in a class, so it is impossible to write everything on the blackboard. Therefore, a good blackboard writing should be focused, clear-headed, sharp-eyed and well organized. Excellent teachers carefully design blackboard writing in class. Bad or no blackboard writing will affect the teaching effect. There are many formats of blackboard writing, and the most commonly used formats are abstract, text, graphics and table. No matter what form it takes, it must be: 1. The content should be exact, the shape should be standardized, the focus should be prominent, the details should be different, accurate and distinct. The shape of the blackboard should be standardized, the size should be appropriate, neat and eye-catching, and ambiguity and disorder should be strictly prevented. 2. Reasonable layout, novel and unique blackboard layout, pay attention to the format, choose the location, reasonably and clearly distributed on the blackboard, so that students can easily observe and understand. When designing blackboard writing, we should pay attention to novelty and novelty, so as to concentrate students' attention, arouse students' interest, stimulate students' enthusiasm for learning and achieve the best teaching effect. For example, in the text Moon Bay, in the process of analyzing the text, we use the method of "I invite you to learn" to draw the beauty of Moon Bay, villages, rivers, stone bridges, green trees, green hills and farmland. Students can not only understand the text through stick figures, but also recite the text. 3. The explanation should be combined with blackboard writing and blackboard painting. In classroom teaching, teachers should not only grasp the key points, but also display various blackboard writing and blackboard painting in an illustrated way. The organic combination of the two can deepen students' understanding of what they have learned and improve teaching efficiency. So that students can see at a glance. In a word, physics teaching is an art based on science. Only by combining the two can our education and teaching be full of vitality! ]
