In order to realize his promise, He Jindi has been quietly dedicating his youth in the education park since he set foot on the education post from 65438 to 0976. 1995 In the summer, He Jindi made an important choice in his life-with the trust of the leaders of the district education bureau, he left the familiar ordinary primary school and embarked on the road of special education.
In order to achieve this, and to make every mentally retarded child live with dignity, health and happiness, He Jindi issued an oath of "never giving up". She goes deep into the front line of teaching with illness, is good at thinking and dares to question. After only half a semester, she found the difference between students in special schools and students in ordinary schools: mentally retarded children are individuals, and individualized teaching should be carried out through the identification of differences.
He Jindi led the teachers to carry out the research on the municipal project "Curriculum and Teaching of Survival Education for Moderately Mentally Retarded Children" and compiled the teaching materials for mentally retarded students. A total of 72 textbooks were compiled for students with moderate mental retardation in grades 1 to 9, of which 36 were published by Shanghai Education Publishing House and used by more than 250 mentally retarded education schools in China. She presided over the Shanghai municipal education and scientific research project "Research on Survival Education of Moderately Mentally Retarded Children" and won the first prize of the 7th Shanghai Education, Teaching and Scientific Research Achievements.
Over the years, more and more students with mild mental retardation have returned to society, and children with moderate and severe mental retardation have also made remarkable progress. After graduation, He Jindi began to run for the children's survival. Thanks to her efforts, some of these children have entered a higher-level junior vocational school, and some have obtained the certificates of "cook" and "Chinese pastry" issued by the Municipal Labor Bureau, and become self-reliant workers.
He Jindi was awarded the honorary titles of National Model Worker, National March 8th Red Flag Bearer, National Top Ten Young and Middle-aged Teachers, First Shanghai Education Hero, Shanghai Model Worker, Shanghai March 8th Red Flag Bearer Model, and Shanghai Super Class Teacher. At present, she is also the representative of the 11th Shanghai Municipal People's Congress.
