Children in areas where conditions are not met can be postponed until they are seven years old. School-age children and adolescents who need to postpone or drop out of school due to their physical condition shall inform their parents or other legal guardians to apply to the local township people's government or the education administrative department of the county-level people's government for approval.
3. The education administrative department of the people's government at the county level and the township people's government of Qingzhou City organize and urge school-age children and adolescents to enter school, help solve the difficulties for school-age children and adolescents to receive compulsory education, and take measures to prevent school-age children and adolescents from dropping out of school.
