Through this study, my concept of education and teaching is changing, prompting me to constantly reflect on myself: it has played a positive role in promoting my future development and gained a new understanding of education and teaching.

First, through training, teaching methods have been improved.

In teaching, I regard the transformation of all students' underachievers, the optimization of ordinary students and the further development of outstanding students as the general goal of my work, pay attention to the postgraduate entrance examination, make bold reforms, and form a diligent and practical style of helping others.

When I meet the students in the first class, I always tell them that the Chinese course is not equal to the textbook "Chinese". Then talk to students about the teaching tasks of grades, put forward teaching ideas, and let students talk about their experience in learning Chinese.

I also lead students' eyes to life, to the library, to composition teaching and to writing exercises after class. In class composition teaching, I spend most of my time showing students' writing achievements. Whether it's composition in class, writing practice after class, or composition in exams, I try my best to read it carefully and tell them with actions that I am listening to their voices and appreciating their works. Let more students go to the podium and read their best paragraphs or chapters in class. For those students who are afraid of writing because of their poor writing ability, I try my best to tap the highlights in the exercise, so that they can feel the joy of success and enhance their confidence in writing a good composition.

Second, through training, constantly update the educational concept.

In the process of learning, I am thinking about such a question: How can a successful Chinese class attract students and cultivate their abilities? So I will talk about how to improve Chinese classroom teaching from two aspects: interest and ability.

But some problems are easily overlooked, especially the traditional methods. On the road of new curriculum reform, let's keep discovering and solving problems, avoid some misunderstandings, make more achievements and improve our teaching ability and level!

The recent long-distance national training for junior high school Chinese teachers is a timely rain after a long drought in my heart, which makes me cherish it all the more. In the course of this training, I have listened to many vivid, vivid and wonderful lectures by educational experts. Through playing it over and over again, I carefully recorded the lecture content of every education expert. Although time is limited, the training activities have brought me infinite gains. Fundamentally improve their ideological quality and professional ability.

In classroom teaching, we always mistake simple questions and answers for students' active participation. We always think that the classroom adopts question-and-answer teaching, and the whole classroom teaching is full of excitement. The teacher's questions are all answered correctly, and the big answer is that students actively participate in classroom teaching. It seems that teacher-student interaction is actually a way for teachers to "fill in" students' pre-designed answers by asking questions. There is no real interaction between teachers and students, and students' thoughts are still repeated at the same level, and both knowledge and behavior are involved.

Through this training, I realized that we need to learn from the elderly. If we don't learn, we can't give our education a follow-up motivation. To this end, I pay more attention to cultivating students' good study habits, imparting knowledge and cultivating skills, and tapping students' comprehensive Chinese ability. I teach modern Chinese, focusing on cultivating them to learn to analyze key paragraphs and wonderful paragraphs independently; When marking papers, I often draw inferences from others and draw inferences from others about the ideas and skills of answering questions, so that students can know why. Looking back now, I tried my best to teach in a scientific way and made some achievements. I think this is the result of the right direction and method.
