I. Teaching work
During my internship, I was assigned to the sixth grade as a math internship teacher and head teacher. Teacher Wen, a math teacher, gave me great help in teaching. She strives for perfection, helping me analyze every link in the classroom, how to stimulate students' thinking, how to let them discover the teacher's intention, how to better accept new knowledge and so on. She also said: classroom teaching needs interaction between teachers and students, and students interact and make progress together. To put the new curriculum standards in place, we should regard classroom teaching as a process in which students actively explore mathematics, so that students can fully develop their emotions, attitudes and values while acquiring knowledge and skills. Read through the textbooks and write a good lesson plan in a limited time. So that students' wisdom, ability and emotion can be developed and their psychology can be satisfied. In this way, students become the masters of learning, learning becomes their needs, they find it in learning, they feel fun in learning, and they gain something in learning.
In this internship, I think my biggest gain is that I have accumulated some teaching experience. The biggest deficiency is that I don't handle the teaching materials very well and can't grasp the teaching materials. The first day I went to class with Mr. Wen, and I felt that this class was different from before. Teacher Wen didn't completely rely on the textbook, but he didn't deviate from it, so the classroom efficiency was extremely high. In the first practical class, Mr. Wen asked me to get in touch with the students to understand their acceptance of knowledge and prepare for the new class. Through understanding, I am no longer nervous and relaxed. In class, I find that students can't concentrate. I don't think children pay attention to simple things when talking about topics. It can be said that I failed the first class. Teacher Wen patiently criticized and corrected my shortcomings, which made me understand my truth. It makes me understand a truth: the math teacher's language should be concise and the requirements should be in place, otherwise it will be difficult for children to understand your true intentions, thus failing to achieve the preset teaching effect. With my continuous progress, the children gradually accepted me.
The next week, I had another new lesson. The content is the calculation of the side area of a cylinder. Before class, I made full preparations. Before class, I simulated the plot of class, including how to interact with students, how to ask questions and so on. Sure enough, the class was calm and the students mastered it well. After a class, I summed up some shortcomings for myself:
1, the blackboard writing is not neat enough;
2. Didn't give students enough hints, didn't consider the problem from the students' point of view;
3. Asked a lot of invalid questions;
4. There is no summary after class.
After class, Mr. Wen helped me analyze the shortcomings and advantages of this course and taught me how to design better, which made me learn a lot of knowledge that I couldn't learn in school. After class, I chatted with the children and asked them how they felt in class and what they didn't understand. The children spoke out their feelings boldly: 1, sometimes the voice in class is not loud; 2. Sometimes rob students? The children's words gave me great encouragement. With the completion of the second and third class, I improved many shortcomings and began to be open-minded. I will play a little joke from time to time to adjust the classroom atmosphere. If a teacher wants to teach a perfect class, of course, a complete teaching plan is indispensable. Therefore, I carefully wrote the lesson plan before each class, and then revised it repeatedly and showed it to Mr. Wen. He will immediately point out many problems, such as the language introduction here is too verbose, the requirements there are not clear, it is not thorough here, it is not coherent there and so on. Change it until the teacher says it's ok, so I'm going to give it a try and take a new lesson. After a class, Mr. Wen immediately commented on the class, saying that my teaching effect was still a little different, and then pointed out what was wrong.
Feet or something. The advantage of this is that I will improve the teaching process more purposefully, so I will make rapid progress. Through such teaching comments, I am pleasantly surprised to find that I am really growing.
In addition, in addition to imparting new knowledge and making students learn better, attending classes should not be the whole of a class. What is more important is to stimulate their enthusiasm for mathematics and feel the joy of learning. Therefore, teachers must have passion and confidence in class in order to infect your students. Provide them with a relaxed and free thinking environment, so that all children who like to talk have the opportunity to share their findings with their classmates. So I don't just give more students the opportunity to answer questions, but I give them more interactive time, so that students can fully discuss or ask questions, and then give them some time to tell their deskmates what they have done, so that everyone can move.
Second, the work of the class teacher
With the end of teaching practice, my head teacher's practice is over. Although it is only a few short weeks, it is the most precious wealth in my life. The work of a class teacher is a heavy and boring work, and it is also important because of its particularity. With the development of quality education, attaching importance to the all-round development of people, cultivating students' complete personality and fully developing their personality are the important contents of current education, and also the important goal and common trend of educational modernization in all countries of the world. It is the bounden responsibility of the class teacher to implement quality education, create a good class group and cultivate students' complete personality. In the process of effective class management, it is impossible for a class teacher to strictly manage by only one or several teachers. The key is to educate and guide students to learn self-management, so that every primary school student is both the object of management and the subject of management, so as to achieve the goal of "management is for no matter". Quality-oriented education requires us to face all students, so that students' ideological and moral, cultural science, labor skills, physical quality and psychological quality can develop in an all-round and harmonious way, and their personality and specialties can be fully cultivated. This is a long-term and epoch-making reform. School education is the main teaching form in China, and class teaching system is the basic form of school education. Therefore, as the "class collective soul", the head teacher should fully realize his historical responsibility. The head teachers in primary schools are faced with children aged 6, 7-1 1 and 12, and their work is even heavier. As the most basic "leader" of the school, the head teacher is the core of the class collective and should be fully responsible for the students. The quality of the head teacher's work will directly affect the smooth progress of the overall work of the school, which is related to the future of students and the image of the school. With the care and help of Mr. Wen, the head teacher, I do every job seriously, dare not be careless with the students, and really care for and help each other.
Now I want to review the performance of my trainee class teacher in recent weeks from several aspects:
First, the work is cumbersome, stick to it.
During the weeks of internship, I arrived at the internship school on time before eight o'clock every morning. Then go to the classroom to organize students to do morning reading (Monday morning is the school meeting). After school at noon, organize students to line up downstairs and leave the school in turn. I will keep the students clean after school in the afternoon. It's repeated every day. Sometimes there are contradictions between classmates, and it is also a test for classmates to complain. How to deal with it is very important for both students to calm down.
As the saying goes, "example is more important than words." The teacher's external behavior has a role model and demonstration for students, which will have a subtle influence on students. As an intern head teacher, there are still some differences from the formal head teacher of this class, because I seldom have time to get in close contact with them except for the class meeting time, so it is difficult to really understand the situation in the class. In order to get to know my classmates better, I seize every possible opportunity to get in touch with them and increase the chances of getting in touch with each of them. I also learned a lot about them when correcting my homework, which prepared me for the management of class assistants. Although the daily work is very complicated, I am also very happy. Especially when my classmates affectionately call me "Miss Zhao", I feel more valuable.
As we all know, the head teacher has a heavy workload. Therefore, before the heavy work of the head teacher is carried out, a detailed work plan should be made according to the actual situation of the class. There is an old saying: "everything is established in advance, and it is abolished if it is not planned." This shows the importance of making plans. If you don't make a practical plan and follow your feelings, you will make the work look passive, and the heavy work will be more messy, so that it is difficult to carry out the work and fail to achieve the expected goal, and some unpredictable problems may appear in the future. Therefore, to carry out the work of the class teacher, we must first make a good plan.
Second, respect students and treat each other sincerely.
At one time, some students compared the relationship between the class teacher and the students to the relationship between "cat and mouse", and some class teachers regarded the students' awe of him as the embodiment of "teacher dignity". In this way, the head teacher and the students are in opposition, which is not conducive to the development of class work, nor to the mobilization of students' enthusiasm and the cultivation of their abilities. During my internship as a class teacher, I got along well with these children and established a good teacher-student relationship. Students also like me very much and often play jokes on me. Once several girls robbed my bag, and I was very pleased to see them happy. At the end of the internship, we took photos with the students as a souvenir. The students scrambled to take a group photo, and when they knew we were leaving, they staged a touching scene. We cried, and they cried worse than we did. After only a few weeks together, they really accepted us, and we were very satisfied.
As a class teacher, we must know every student in the class, so as to teach students in accordance with their aptitude. As an intern class teacher, I don't know the basic situation of students, so I spent a week, through the introduction of the original class teacher, talking with students individually, observing carefully, and understanding the basic situation of students, including students' subjective thoughts, learning status, academic performance, outstanding students and underachievers. At the same time, through correcting homework, chatting with students, extensive contact with students, and heart-to-heart communication with students. Through the above methods, I gradually got to know every student in the class and prepared for the management of class assistants.
Third, be yourself and be a good teacher.
The teacher's external behavior has a role model and demonstration for students, which will have a subtle influence on students. As the saying goes, "example is more important than words." No matter from the aspects of dressing, words and deeds, teaching ability, personal cultivation, etc., I require myself to be a formal teacher and head teacher, which has been recognized and supported by my classmates. Only a teacher who respects learning and sets an example can win the love and respect of students and establish the prestige of students in the class, which is the basis of the work of the class teacher.
In class management, students should be treated as equal subjects and their personal dignity should be respected, and there is no distinction between high and low. On the basis of establishing prestige, teachers should get along with them on an equal footing and establish a harmonious relationship between teachers and students. When there is a problem, don't use coercive means or high-pressure policies to solve the problem, but tell the truth and let the students accept it wholeheartedly. No one is perfect. Students are allowed to make such and such mistakes as long as they know the mistakes and can correct them. When students criticize, as teachers, we should accept it with an open mind, and we did not refuse to accept it because "I am a teacher, and I accept the criticism of students, which is too humiliating". As a class teacher, you should have a generous spirit, a broad mind, don't haggle over every ounce, and treat students equally, so as to win the trust of more and more students.
Treat students equally, without favoritism. Another important factor affecting the relationship between the head teacher and the students is the attitude of the head teacher towards the good students and the poor students. When dealing with class problems, the head teacher should try his best to treat them equally, deal with the facts, and never discriminate against underachievers, so that he can solve problems with other students in a fair and conciliatory atmosphere.
Third, thank you for your internship.
When I was in college, I had no choice but to fill in parallel volunteer. In order to go to college, I chose a normal school. At that time, I naively thought that as a college student, it was no problem to be a primary school math teacher. However, with the growth of age and more understanding of society, I now find it more and more difficult for undergraduates to be primary school math teachers.
The internship is over, but my memories are rich. Thank you for providing me with so many platforms for this internship, and thank you for your trust in me, so that I have the opportunity to participate in many things that I have never been able to contact and get in touch with people that I have never been able to contact. This internship, let me have a further understanding of myself, a new understanding of some things in the past, and a new understanding of teachers.
