Lv Yugang, director of the Department of Basic Education of the Ministry of Education, introduced that the main tasks of after-school service can be summarized into four aspects, namely, 16, namely, "comprehensive coverage, ensuring time, improving quality and strengthening security".

Among them, professional teachers with master's degree account for 30%, those with bachelor's degree account for 70%, and those with more than 5 years of teaching experience account for 75%. All teachers have national and international vocational qualification certificates. There are no teachers with a bachelor's degree or below, and there are no teachers with less than two years' work experience. The school is located around the Red Mansion in the east of Jinan, with excellent social reputation, which has been affirmed and recognized by all walks of life.
