1. Social personnel with household registration in Longyou County;

2. Social personnel who hold a residence permit in Longyou County and are within the validity period;

3. Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents studying, working and living in Longyou County: including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents who hold residence permits and live in Longyou County; Hong Kong and Macao residents who hold Hong Kong and Macao residents' passes to and from the mainland, and residents of Taiwan Province Province who hold a five-year validity period of mainland travel permit for taiwan residents, have participated in the qualification examination for primary and secondary school teachers in Quzhou.

Third, the application conditions

(1) Education requirements

1. According to the Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Education on Doing a Good Job in the Reform of Primary and Secondary School Teachers' Qualifications for 20021Postgraduates of Education and Normal Students at Public Fees (Teacher's Office Letter [202 1] No.2) and the Guidance Center of the Ministry of Education on Doing a Good Job in 20021 Notice on the Implementation of Teacher Qualification System (Teaching Capital [20265438]) Postgraduates of education and public-funded normal students who have obtained the Certificate of Teachers' Professional Ability should apply for the corresponding teacher qualification with their own identity certificate, education certificate, teachers' professional ability certificate, Putonghua proficiency test grade certificate and medical certificate.

(C) Putonghua proficiency requirements

The Putonghua proficiency test has reached Grade II B and above, and obtained the corresponding certificate (those who apply for the qualification of Chinese teacher are required to have a Grade II A and above).

To apply for the qualification of ordinary primary school teachers, the level of Putonghua should reach Grade 2 or above. Teachers who hold the qualification certificate of ordinary primary school teachers should be engaged in Chinese teaching in primary schools, and their Putonghua level should reach Grade Two or above.

(4) Physical condition

Applicants should have good physical fitness and be able to meet the needs of education and teaching. According to the standards and procedures stipulated in the Implementation Measures for Physical Examination of Teacher Qualification in Zhejiang Province (Trial), they should go to the hospital designated by the teacher qualification accreditation institution to participate in the current physical examination of teacher qualification, and achieve the qualification.

(5) Other requirements.

1. Abide by the Constitution and laws, love education, have good professional ethics, and be able to fulfill the obligations stipulated in the Teachers Law.

2. Applicants can only apply for one teacher qualification in the same year.

3. If a teacher's qualification is revoked, he may not re-apply for the teacher's qualification within 5 years from the date of revocation; Those who are deprived of political rights or have received criminal punishment of fixed-term imprisonment or above for intentional crimes cannot apply for teacher qualification.

Note: For online registration according to the system prompts, the uploaded personal photos and the photos pasted by the holders of teacher qualification certificates must use the recent one-inch bareheaded color photos on a white background (the uploading format is JPG/JPEG, not exceeding 200K), and at the same time upload my printed and signed personal commitment letter photos. Please check the clarity after uploading to ensure that it is legible.

(2) Physical examination

Applicants are required to attend all physical examinations (such as chest X-ray, etc.). Please make arrangements according to your physical condition. Those who fail to take part in (all) physical examination shall be deemed as the applicant's automatic waiver of application.

1. Physical examination time: 2021April 6 to May 7.

2. Physical examination location: Physical examination center on the second floor of Longyou County People's Hospital (No.373 Rongchang Avenue).

3. Precautions for physical examination:

(1) on an empty stomach (do not eat or drink).

(2) Bring your ID card.

(3) Pregnant women or pregnant women are forbidden to take chest X-rays, and chest X-rays should be taken carefully during lactation. Those who can't complete chest X-ray and other projects should participate in the next teacher qualification certification.

(4) Physical examination results cannot be collected on site, so please arrange the physical examination time reasonably in advance according to your actual situation.

(5) The medical expenses shall be borne by oneself.

(3) On-site confirmation

Those who declare the qualifications of junior high school, primary school or kindergarten teachers shall participate in the on-site confirmation organized by Longyou County accreditation bodies as required. Those who fail to make on-site confirmation shall be deemed to have given up automatically.

1. Confirmation time: May 10 to May 14 at 8: 30- 12: 00 and 13: 30- 16: 30. On-site confirmation network working hours will be closed on 14, and on May 16: 30. Please prepare all the required materials and attend the on-site confirmation on time. Failure is unacceptable.

Applicants can log in to China Teacher Qualification Network in time to check the status of each application period. Generally, there are six application states, namely, online report is successful, waiting for on-site confirmation, application materials are incomplete, on-site confirmation is waiting for qualification review, approval is not numbered, approval is numbered, and determination is not passed.
