Part-time doctor, that is, on-the-job doctor, refers to a doctoral student whose learning style is relatively full-time, that is, he has obtained the admission qualification through the normal entrance examination (unified examination or single examination) and studied while working when the teaching or training plan of the training unit allows.
Part-time doctors are carried out on the basis of full-time doctors, and the teaching of in-service doctors is mainly based on the existing full-time doctoral disciplines. According to the needs of social development and relying on a good teaching environment, the teaching of in-service doctors is organized.
The teaching of part-time doctoral students is usually conducted in the form of advanced seminars. On the basis of satisfying the enrollment conditions of on-the-job doctoral students, on-the-job personnel can participate in the study of related professional courses through unified recruitment or exemption from examination. The key and difficult point of specialized course study is to strengthen the professional foundation and skills of on-the-job personnel and improve the professional ability and scientific research practice ability of on-the-job doctoral students.
