Windmill is an educational and entertainment magazine column launched by CCTV's comprehensive channel. The program is arranged in magazine style, which integrates knowledge, education and entertainment. The content is divided into four sections: comics, series, preschool programs, children's games and special programs. The program premiered on CCTV Comprehensive Channel 18: 09 every night from June 1995, and was changed to broadcast on CCTV Children's Channel 19: 30 every Monday to Sunday from September 28, 2009. From April 20th12, it will be broadcast every Monday to Friday 19: 30. From October 8, 20 19/kloc-0, the broadcast time was adjusted to 17: 30.
